its not dangerous to use the mop with vinegar residues in the tank 7:55. she doesn't know what she says. one of the two decalcification methods for this mop (i just read the entire booklet that comes with it!) is to make a mixture of 1/3'rd vinegar and 2/3'rd water and get the steam going with the mixture of water and vinegar. she is a gorgeous looking lady, but i think she is a robot. -someone who cares about steam mopping! ...yea!

My H20 ultra green light goes on and off and does emit hot steam, any idea info what's wrong with the unit?
We have a H2o Mop ultra but from 2008 and we used it three times and now shes clogged up?
