Everyone likes to write down new years resolutions. It's a good feeling to see those big goals on paper. Get fit, eat healthier, study more, make more money. But then, come February, it's like these goals and aspirations vanish into thin air. It's cool to dream big and write those goals down; it gives you something to aim for. But here's the real deal: if you don't hustle and put in the work, those resolutions are just words on paper. They won't magically happen unless you make them happen. It's the difference between wishing for something and making it real. Forbes even wrote an article noting that only 8% of people stick to their New Year's Resolutions.
So, write your goals down, sure, but then roll up your sleeves and hustle for them. That's how you turn those dreams into reality. I'm assuming one of your goals for 2024 is to live a healthy lifestyle and to be in the best shape possible, that's why you clicked on this video.

Alex, I have to unsubscribe from you now bro. Of all people to partner with I’m super disappointed you chose vshred, there’s a reason why nobody in the fitness industry likes him because he’s a total fraud. From personal experience I purchased his program during the pandemic and his company continued trying to charge me for 4 months after I had already cancelled once I saw how ineffective and nonsensical his program was. To anyone reading this, please do not waste your time with vshred. And Alex, I really hope you reconsider this partnership
As someone who watches a lot of Fitness content (Alex Leonidas aka AlphaDestiny, Johnny Shrieve, Renaissance Periodization, and Jeff Nippard), seeing this made me burst out laughing at how much Alex doesn't care about the content and integrity of who he's partnering. He sees V Shred is a highly profitable business and would rather partner with one of the most untrustable and unreliable Fitness Influencers instead of teaming with someone like Dr. Mike's RP Hypertrophy app, or Jeff Nippard's training program or even Athlean X (though he's debatable).
Thumbs down for endorsing a terrible person with terrible misinformation.

Hot Take: Do not hustle. But, put in the work. Think of it as a lifestyle and life-long journey, not hitting the goal to check off the box. There is no clock running on your fitness journey except life itself. It isn't about what you do in January or how much weight you lose by the first day of spring. Those things will happen with consistent, sustainable, work. Try not to think of it as a 2024 resolution. Think of it as a life goal.

Makes a video listing his biggest failures of the year that itself is trying to be the biggest failure of the year by promoting vshred. Not sure if this is ignorance or greed, but ultimately the result is the same. This calls into question every other sponsor and bit of advice ever provided on this channel. Immediate unsub. When I stopped shaving my head I picked up forte series products, but I will not be continuing using those either. So disappointing to see from a channel that has had some useful tips and info in the past.
