At 1:08 Rina says “beat for the back row”, not “be”. Beat is a slang term of American origin from the LGBTQ+ community that refers to intense, stylish makeup. For an example sentence, to compliment a woman who has a full face of dramatic and pretty makeup, you would say “her face is beat”. It can also be used as a verb, for example, “she’s beating her face” - meaning, she’s putting on makeup. So, what Rina is saying is that she intentionally did her make up so dramatic that people even as far away as the back row would be able to notice it.
