where are your chain saw protective clothes? Can't have you walking about about like the black knight in Monty Python's holy grail with your legs missing
Was scoping out roof racks and bat wing and found your vid. WOW Thank you for posting this. I got to see the real use of items in real life ( ish ). I will now search out the rest of your vids to see more gear and real uses in real applications . I also want to make a compliment , though these days things get construed too much so I reiterate I compliment on the fact that you are a lady and out there doing the overland / camping thing, Good on you.
I love these videos where you are actually out and about. It would be nice to be able to do this stuff myself, but unfortunately that isn't going to happen anytime soon, so I will have to live vicariously through your experiences. 😍😍👍👍
At first I thought she was just another liberal (tree hugger). But when she took out that 12 gauge shot gun I fell in LOVE!!!!! Not only book smart but with common sense as well!! I will definitely be following you on you tube. Enjoy life my new friend and keep doing what makes you happy!!!!
Ive said many times those Milwaukee chainsaws would be great for overland use. Keep a battery charged in the rig and no need to worry about fuel or priming and pull start and way quieter then gas. I plan on getting one soon.
Please wear chaps when cutting with a saw. I’ve been cutting in the forest for over 10 years I never cut without them even a nich could be deadly especially being out there solo. Great video
I have that same light bar. I use it when working on cars. It hooks on the underside of the hood and really lights thing up. I also use it when I'm underneath the cars.
I think it’s like me, the loneliness is my problem! Living alone and wanting to get outdoors and explore different things! But I do love riding my Harley to get the outdoor smells! Very relaxing!
Great video! Being outside is such a wonderful thing. I agree - escaping the city is rejuvenating. Thanks for creating this video and sharing your adventures! Wishing you well from the Island. Take care in the snow this coming weekend.
I love your videos and contents. You are such a strong woman. Doing everything from overlanding, video editing and etc. You just got a new subscriber. Thanks for bringing us along with your journey of being free to explore all the wonderful places mother earth has to offer.
Thank you for 📹, I get it dealing with negativity city covid etc, very inspiring! I've survived 2 brain surgeries. This is a great escape and wonderful video. Watching from Summerville South Carolina. Thank you for inspiring 📹. 😇🤠💯👍
Have to say luv, I appreciate u more than u kno. Once my Daughter an girlfriend saw u do this an alone, they have me gettin into Overlanding with them. This Spring an summer we will be out an will only hit pavement when needed! Thank u an keep it up I will sub
I just stumbled across your channel and I have to say, great work!!! I binged on your uploads this weekend. Your stories, music, videography and of course, overland content is truly outstanding! And speaking as a Canadian, welcome to B.C.!!! Victoria is my backyard and my wife and I are avid overlanders. Keep up the great work. 🤙
just came across your channel and love it, I love getting out in the winter getting off road and find a camp, my favorite time of year, good luck and be safe
Love your vlog and you hit the nail right on the head. Unfortunately I am getting on in my age and sometimes between boredom and depression, I have often wondered about just doing what you do year round. Keep up the good work...its inspiring.
Well... Looks very nice indeed ... and I’m sure a lot of people out there will be thinking ... that THIS type of adventure may be for them...👍 Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
Очень классно, просто супер! Сейчас тоже готовлю свой автомобиль Тойота Ленд Крузер 105 к путешествиям. Огромный привет из России, теперь и здесь есть Ваш подписчик!
And a ham radio operator to boot. Pretty wide interests. Had fun watching your vlog. I’m in. I’d get Coleman to replace that grill. That should never happen with just cooking ahi. Wouldn’t even have been a high heat. Cheers from Vancouver eh!
You are very wise taking a chain saw with you. It seems like a little, but they can get you out of some serious situations. I never go out without a chainsaw, shovel, and a ax. Plus straps and ropes. And never forget water and snacks.
Those kinds of winters are depressing! Winter should be how it typically is thought of with snow and colder temps so you can do some fun things like snowmobiling, snowboarding, etc. Leave the constant cloudy days and rain to springtime or autumn or actually just skip them all together. ;-) I just had a great weekend in the snow here in Minnesota covering about 100km (62 miles) on the snowmobiles. It makes winter bearable and nicer weather that much more appreciative.
Great adventure, awesome video. You definitely have a great setup, prepared for almost anything. Shot gun with slugs, very nice and impressive. I really enjoyed watching. Thank you for sharing. Take care.
Awesome video .and how true about winter blues . Over landing winter driving and camping sure are great ways to get out in nature and away from stress to unwind . Great awning set up looked comfortable . Cheers to a awesome video . From Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A. ( First time viewer ) :):) .
There is a South African company out there RSI that makes some interesting products seeing you up on the roof of your vehicle made me think you might be better off and RSI Smart rack. This is a rack that lowers down on each side so you’re able to access the items on your roof without having to climb up on anything ideal in icy cold sleepy conditions. It would be a lot easier for you to load and unload that big annex check it out it might be something you may consider in the future. PS thank you for the tip I guess I won’t be buying a Coleman stove.
You could pop the blade off really easy on that chainsaw and fit the whole thing in the box , i do that with my battery chainsaw to fit it in my ATV quad box . :)
You know, you might be able to go to a paint and body shop! They might be able to modify that swing around so it goes around against the vehicle and without touching! That way you would have passage that way! I’m a retired welder and I was studying it but I’d have to look closer! So try a body shop, they weld modify stuff too!
Just found your channel. Nice video, good content and a nice relaxing voice. Found it interesting to see you have the kind of setup I have thought of. I have the same awning and walls, same heater and some other stuff. (Love your car!!) I had an idea about using a swag under the awning/walls but never went there. Now I just bought a Bereg UP-5 and a fire stove for my needs. I have and RTT for many occasions, but winter is nicer without it and the bulky cover. I will get a swag and try it your way nex winter. :)
Just popping in to say I stumbled upon your channel and I absolutely love it! Very relaxing to watch and it truly seems like you find some peace and harmony during your outdoor adventures! ❤️

Crazy how many people have gone out there to explore and start these camping videos, and how big the community is. Great content and wish the best! 😊
The wood strapped in the passenger seat...love it! Got the giggles.
Snowboarding in the rain is also cause for winter blues beside that music!
That’s it. I’m quitting my job as we speak and doing this full time in BC
I love these videos where you are actually out and about. It would be nice to be able to do this stuff myself, but unfortunately that isn't going to happen anytime soon, so I will have to live vicariously through your experiences. 😍😍👍👍
I wish the UK had scenery like this and places to take an Overland jeep 😍
There are some beautiful places to see in Scotland where you can also wild camp.
@@WoodcockFamilyOverland Where abouts in Scotland 🏴?
I agree totally. I'm from the UK as well and love the US, the free camping areas are amazing. Love Utah, Oregon, but especially BC & Western Alberta
