DIY Restoration Hardware inspired aged vessel! You’ll never guess what I used!

  • Using a $30 terracotta planter from my homedepot garden center, paint and household flour, I created a one of a kind antique replica. I normally make these with dirt but wanted to try something new
    These aged pots are all the rage in the home decor world. You can find them on Etsy and stores like Restoration Hardware (RH) or Potterybarn. They are one of a kind and beautiful.

    Great job and idea. I love the flour idea and would have used a matt sealer over it then added the paint. Just something to think about. Thanks for sharing:)

    This is the best tutorial on aging pots I’ve seen and your young helper is adorable. I love your method and I’m trying it tomorrow. Do you have any more tutorials? Beautiful job

      Sorry, I didn't see this comment. Thank you! I do have more aging tutorials. I like to use flour, dirt, cream paint, mud and anything else to layer on to age the vessels
