I’ve followed Dr. Betz for a while now and am very happy to see this video! I know it’s asking a lot, but could we get a full workout video with these exercises? My mom was just diagnosed with osteoporosis and we are looking for ways to help her strengthen her bones. Following along with someone doing a full bone density workout would be a little easier for her. Thank you for sharing this- Dr Betz seems to be doing very good work and I’d love to see more of her.

Hello Sherri. I recently heard your interview and demonstration with Margie Bissinger; you were saying that sideways bending and twisting movements compress the discs of the spine; would this be only for those people with osteoporosis or generally for everyone?
