I noticed the addition of kafir lime leaf, new to me, and that you saute the potatoes too and u use brown sugar... You also use spiral recipe for your skins although it does not show up when the curry puff is done...the addition of putting curry leaves in your oil is also a great idea... Thanks for all the tips. I usually include a mix of chopped onion leaves and Chinese parsley to make the filling more fragnant and usually have a ratio of 1:1 for both chicken and potatoes so that one can really taste the chicken. I also usually use keledek instead of potatoes😅..anyway tqvm for the education n hope yr channel finds greater hits n success!

Curry puff not my grandma recipe 🤣 My grandma house near by the beach, and I moved to mainland this few years. Got more space to plant fruits and herbs.

Hi, you can bake at 200°C 20-30min or until it turn golden. This is just for reference, please adjust the suitable temperature and time for your oven. Happy baking ☺️
Both dough makes the skin taste crunchy, if you remove either one would effect the results. You can replace the butter to any vegetables oil will be fine.

很高兴你喜欢😊 可以的,要解冻或直接炸都可以,不过两种需要不同技巧,看你习惯哪种方式。直接炸的话需要先低温炸,在起锅前才转大火逼出油脂。解冻炸就像一般炸东西的流程了。
