    This looks amazing. I've been looking for a dough recipe that goes well with baking rather than frying. For how many days can the puffs be stored after baking? And how should I store them? Thanks!

      Thank you. The puffs can be kept about a week in the fridge. If store in the freezer will last a long time. Thaw it before reheating in the oven.

    May l know how many grams of chicken meat did you use for this recipe.

      About 800g to 1 kg. It depends on your preference whether you prefer more meat or potatoes
