Seems like the wings are made by a separate company in Texas. I wonder why the manufacture of the body and mating of the wings to the body aren't in the same facility though.
Easier to ship a wing then moving a whole company, people, expertise and equipment. Some specialize in making wings and others airframes. Example Boeing and Airbus frequently subcontracts the manufacturing of wings and then ships them to final assembly locations. This practice is part of their global supply chain strategy, which involves sourcing major components from specialized suppliers worldwide.
