in your video editing software, select the audio track and normalize the highs to no more than 0db, you might also throw on some light compression. sick moves btw!
Maybe you should add a limiter at the end of the master bus chain to keep your transients in check. That's what's clipping the audio. Just lower the volume coming into the master chain (with a volume plugin or something) and increase the gain back in the limiter to get the volume back.
