Extremely happy with mine. Now that I've had it for a few weeks I've gotten very comfortable with it. I haven't picked up my RG8 since the Chapman came. It is a very nice guitar. You did good Rob. And Chapman makes a great product. Oh, and for anyone who has never ordered from Riff City, not only is their customer service top notch but they definitely put some work into setting these guitars up before they ship. All retailers should hold to that standard. My action was really low right out of the box. I literally opened the case and plugged in. No adjustment or tuning necessary. Thanks a lot guys.

Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4
Cream butter and sugars, once creamed, combine in the egg and vanilla.
Sift in the flour and salt, then the chocolate chips.
Roll into walnut size balls, for a more homemade look, or roll into a long, thick sausage shape and slice to make neater looking cookies.
Place on ungreased baking paper. If you want to have the real Millies experience then bake for just 7 minutes, till the cookies are just setting - the cookies will be really doughy and delicious. Otherwise cook for 10 minutes until just golden round the edges.
Take out of the oven and leave to harden for a minute before transferring to a wire cooling rack. These are great warm, and they also store well, if they don't all get eaten straight away!

I have an eight string i mess around with and i have pretty small hands im pretty young so dont worry about it
***** Seven strings are fine by me; I equate it to my classical guitar neck. Just imo 8 strings are unwieldy and I don't see myself using one. All the more power to you though :)

It's funny--in a painful sort of way--because I was on RiffCity's website just the other day when they were still in stock. I went back, money in hand, and out of stock. but why are the colours not the same as your guitars?
They decided to dye the center mahogany strip darker to give it more contrast from the ash wings. I sorta like the prototype stain better. I got mine 3 weeks ago. In person it is really really dark. Still looks good thanks it's a really smooth playing guitar.
Robs is the first prototype. These ones are the finished model.
No. It's mahogany. It's just dyed darker. Rob even said it in one of his videos a few months ago. They were going to dye the center darker on the production models to give it more contrast.
I think the prototype looks way better
