It's intuitively obvious that your expressions and posture reflect your internal emotional state. We smile when happy, frown when sad, etc. But it's less known studies have shown that our posture and expressions have reverse feedback into the brain. Smiling elevates your mood, because some of the same brain circuits have to be activated as when the emotion comes from inside.

14:55 Yes, I have been working out for a year and a half using mostly Kettlebells, sled, sand etc. and I am seeing muscles in my arm etc. that I had never seen before, more defined! It is amazing!! My bicep is getting bigger more defined and I have never done one bicep curl!

Posture is something that has been overlooked and misunderstood by most training styles.
In fact, a lot of ways of training in the long run can make your posture worse and not better.
This is because many forms of training prioritize external goals (lifting a certain amount of weight or achieving certain skills) over the health & posture of your body (the internal qualities).
This will of course come with a cost - you will surely get better at the task you are trying to get better at but your overall well-being and general health will suffer.
We believe the ultimate physique is the one that is the most balanced and healthiest in every possible aspect. This is the physique that not only makes you perform well in the gym but also outside of it.
Ultimately, most of us are looking for holistic results - to feel better, to look better and to perform better in life in general. When you start putting things into perspective, your training should also transform to reflect these facts.
If you are interested in this form of training and this kind of philosophy, we highly recommend joining The 10 Commandments of Universal Strength Training at VahvaFitness.com/laws. It's a 100% free course and you will get a new lesson every day.
    Stay strong.

I love what you say, over and over again. I started in my early twenties with daoist taijiquan and stayed for 15 years on that path. Unfortunately I quit and my completely upright posture changed drastically me ending up with a "pidgeon neck", hunched posture, two frozen shoulders and many other problems that came from that newly created hunched posture.
