Bravo, you two gentlemen are not only so aware and intuitive with the way the body works but you're able to discuss it in English in a way that's easy to digest and thought provoking. I really appreciate you, sirs.

Inner peace - not body strenght

Why not both? Resistance training, esp while flowing, can be very meditative. I enjoy every aspect of making life easier, esp in being physically and creatively helpful for others.

    Samuli's foot training method next?
    Good video
    Dimensions of strength:
    Mind
    Willpower
    Focus
    Endurance
    Agility
    Skill
    Muscles
    Strength
    Speed
    Endurance
    Mobility
    Tendons / Ligaments
    Strength
    Elasticity
    Resilience
    Cardiovascular
    Endurance
    VO2 Max
    Heart rate variability
    Temperature regulation
I'm sure there's more, but it's late. The point is that just focusing on one aspect will leave you short of your full potential in so many areas.

More ankle strengthening will be added to Athlete 20XX in the near future

@@Vahvafitness Ohh. I guess I'll be doing A200XX for a third time then. I felt like this was the only weakness in the program, especially coming into it from KoT, and did extra ankle work outside the program.

@@NeutroniummAlchemistAthlete 20XX has lots of ankle strengthening integrated into the exercises of Phase 2 & 3 but now there will be isolation and specific ankle work

@@Vahvafitness Good to know! A20XX ankle exercises were more built into other exercises, whereas KoT had isolation ankle exercises. Boxer squats for example work the ankles for sure, but also a bunch of other stuff.
I'm currently doing a combination of Iron King, Movement 20XX, Warrior 20XX, some stuff from the Health and Fitness Qigong course, and a side splits program I found. Looking forwards to the Athlete 20XX expansion.

I started doing movement flow training in november. I have a complex spine injury and no amount of physiotherapy or gym training has helped me progress. Now, just a few months in, Im still in pain, but im strong and feel free in my movement.

People who approach fitness with that mindset probably struggle in every aspect of life.
Fitness is a way of life and that way of life morphs as you experience different things and how you use your body. Assumptions close the doors to life.
