Freaking awesome video Paddy and great to see Rob ( Project Bangkok) together you guys made this happen . I definitely going to go to Lumphini Stadium at least to watch some Muay Thai 🥊 🥊 I have never been but it’s a must to do . Glad you see you lads have a great night out .
Saturday's at Rajadamnern (RWS) are probably a better comparison to Fridays at Lumpini (in terms of atmosphere) as those are the biggest promotions at each of the stadiums
I was in Thailand for the winter and was disappointed I didn't get to lumpinee stadium. I watch it every week on One from the USA 🇺🇸 I am returning soon
@suhribzevolution645 I have only been to a small stadium in Samui. I will definitely make an effort to go see one championship at lumpinee. Did you see Superlek vs Hagerty??
Thanks for this one Paddy. I subscribed to Rob's channel. Looking forward to his content. I have not attended a Maui Thai match yet in all the times I've been in country. No excuse and I am not counting the ring in Pattaya on walking street and my 10 Minutes of watching from the crowds in the main thoroughfare. I guess my plan would be to go to Raj and if I like it I'll make the journey to Lamp.
So pleased to have found you Paddy, I've been binging all your videos for the last few weeks 😅 my partner and I are visiting Thailand for the first time for 5 weeks in November! So excited and learning so much from your videos. Thank you 😊
Love your content ! I nearly fought in Rajadamnern… but unfortunately my opponent dropt out 🥲 Next time i come to thailand i hope i get you in front of my camera would love to have a short interview with you for my channel (: you are a big inspiration for me
Nice upload Two very different events. Rajadamnoern is traditional MT while One FC is designed for a worldwide viewer Chatri is aiming at building an international audience hence the lack of traditional band and in many non championship bouts even the Ram Muay Great upload
OK. Firstly, 1500 baht was the cheapest ticket offered to you at Rajadamnern, maybe not the cheapest ticket available 😁. On food at Raja, facing the main entrance, go to your left. The alley alongside and behind the stadium has a row of some of the best Isan food you will find in BKK. Worth the trip for the feed, although be aware that it is 'authentic' back there, and not *for* foreigners. More importantly, it is just around the corner from a) nang loeng market, legendary brekky/lunch spot, and b) Sangmorakot Gym, headed up by Top Sangmorakot who you can see at 5.40 in this vid. Paddy, reach out to Top and say Rohan sent you, if you wanr to check out a Muay Thai training experience that is authentic as well as being accessible to visitors, both geographically and in language/experience. Feel free to contact me if you want more info, too. Thanks for the vid!
Love your vids Paddy but I don’t think it is fair writing off Raja. Each venue depends on the promotion that is on that evening. The type of muay thai you watched on the Thursday is traditional Muay Thai; 5 rounds, a lot slower in round 1 and 5 for example. Compared too ONE which is entertainment Muay Thai, 3 rounds, fast fighting, more focus on knockouts etc. Raja has this too, just on different days (Saturday for example is RWS, great promotion that focuses on entertainment Muay Thai) There are also other stadiums in Bangkok for a much more local experience, which are much cheaper. Great video as usual but each venue really depends on the promotion that night.
@@PaddyDoyle. I’m going to send you a list on instagram with some of the more local stadiums, would make for a cool video in the future potentiality :)
Lumphini is newer. It moved from the old location (near to the Lumphini Park which it got the name from) where the ONE Bangkok project is. The original Lumphini was very basic but preferred by real Muay Thai fan.
Yupp, it had some real atmosphere back in the days, almost not a single tourist to be seen at the old Lumphini Stadium when I first went there in 1997... front row seats were thb 1000...
What year was it moved @nat ? Reason i'm asking is because i'm not sure which venue back in 2008 i went to 🤦♂I remember the atmosphere was brilliant with the Thai's at the back going nuts
Nice! I will be in Bangkok from November 30 to December 4. I would like to watch this. By any chance, a Filipino or anyone in Bangkok around this date?
Could you please put the link up for Lumphini Stadium as Google Maps sends me to New Lumpinee Boxing Stadium which may or may not be the right place. Some comments say it is near Lumphini Park which is nowhere near that. Thanks.
Maui Thai can be expensive and if I chance upon free Maui Thai days at MBK, that's my choice if it's still offered. .... If you get an opportunity, please cover a day at horse racing at the Royal Club. Nobody has done a decent video there.
Paddy Doyle… OH THAT’S KHAO SAN ROAD!!! 😁😁😁 That should be such a big deal deal to anyone in the world because I once met a 7-year long Russian 🇷🇺 girlfriend there back in 2014, named Elena Smirnova!! 😂
You can't really compare One Championship MMA and Muay Thai with only Muay Thai. Don't they still have Muay Thai only at Lumpinee? Muay is not the same without the Thai music 🎶🎶
Paddy watching someone getting choked out and thinking that's Muay Thai...amatuer. Money has ruined both stadiums and taken the largest part to the excitement and atmosphere out of them
So which one is the best in your opinion?

Thanks as always Paddy for a col video can’t wait till December when I come back to Bangkok and Phuket,,,,have a great weekend ❤❤❤❤
We done both stadiums in April was amazing I loved the RWS just a touch better as we bought tickets in the Leo stand and the beer was free
Love to see u and rob.
Congratulations on 250K! Never missed one! Awesome channel!
เป็นกำลังใจให้นะครับ🙏🏻🇹🇭💕

Your backpack is as nice and big as the stadium 555, nice colour too!
Go to Lumpinee everyday in a week. You will find out there is very different from Friday fight night you have seen. LOL

Awesome video! I'll be taking my first trip to Thailand in November. Im excited to watch some muay thai and will definitely check out Lumphini.
very good, thank you Paddy 👍👍👍
Lumpini was always number 1 for Thai boxing. I have not been to the new stadium because as you said it’s too far to travel

So how much is the cheapest ticket avaliable? The cheapest one on their website is 1500
Interesting video guys. Have subscribed to your friends channel Paddy.
So, Lumpini it is 🤩👍🏻

We were very happy with both, but for us Lumphini was more fun based on our two evenings, would love to go back to both regardless
@@PaddyDoyle. I’m going to send you a list on instagram with some of the more local stadiums, would make for a cool video in the future potentiality :)
Hi Sidney, Do you have any tips for more local and cheaper stadiums and how to get tickets?
Lumphini is newer. It moved from the old location (near to the Lumphini Park which it got the name from) where the ONE Bangkok project is. The original Lumphini was very basic but preferred by real Muay Thai fan.

You broke the quarter of a million well done
Amazing Muay Thai 🇹🇭🥰

Great video ❤❤❤❤❤
nice
🙏 that’s informative
awesome video Paddy,,,,great to see Rob out with you... soon we get to see Paddy sparring in the ring with the champ Buakaw Banchame... chok dee krup
Hi. I saw your wrist is wearing a wrist band at Lumpinee stadium. Is it included when purchase the ticket or have to buy over the gift shop?
thanks
It’s about the card and fighters on the card not the venue
Although one fc have frequent kick-boxing every Friday in lumpini
Could you please put the link up for Lumphini Stadium as Google Maps sends me to New Lumpinee Boxing Stadium which may or may not be the right place. Some comments say it is near Lumphini Park which is nowhere near that. Thanks.
พวกคุณชอบราชดำเนินหรือลุมพินีมากกว่ากัน สนามไหนมีนักสู้ที่เก่งกว่ากัน บางคนเป็นแชมป์ทั้งราชดำเนิน และลุมพินี
What seating cat did you buy? On the website it's cat 3, cat 2, cat 1. Just wondering which I should buy.
Thanks guys
Love all your videos. But a pretty lame info on the fight. Scotty is more apt 😊

I should give it a try...
What kind of camera bag do you have ? Looks much better than my Brevite

Hello paddy 🙋🏽♂️
There is a BTS right next to the stadium. Maybe it's closed?
🙂❤👍
Was Tong Po fighting?

Gambling is legal in these 2 boxing stadiums. 🤩😍
Paddy a bit dizzy in the end of this video. 🥴😵💫
Big rob came to my boxing fight in Bangkok
มีรถไฟฟ้าไม่พออีกเหรอ so so so far away เลยนะ ไม่เห็นจะไกลเลยจากในเมือง
