For Ford Ranger PX1: the fuse is instead a 20A fuse second crom the bottom on the 3rd column. When pulling it you will lose power to the infotainment unit and the cluster. Fixed the issue for me.
I have a 2017 Ford Escape that lost my SYNC-USB-Bluetooth functions but not CD & that none of the menu resets or reboots were successful. I checked the owner's manual that had a boxed in instruction for a reboot of the SYNC system. Hold right arrow button down & then hold power button down together for 3 seconds. It worked. Didn't find this on RUclips. Folks, always check the manual if you have one. They're quirky with the year, model & SYNC version of your cars.

Worked on my 2014 ecosport (inida). However I chose the easier option of disconnecting the battery. Phone is back on sync, earlier it was only music from my phone and I was not able to delete my paired phone.
Hey, just to note I tried this a number of times and did not work, I needed up disconnecting the battery then the fuse for a min then connected battery and placed back fuse ! All sorted,
I have an 06 Escape. If I disconnect the battery I can get it to connect to one phone. If I try to connect a different phone it will mess up the system and no devices will connect.
