I think thry need a toral overhaul with new fittings and im sure simpson retuning would work wonders. Actually painting the ringing room either white of cream would help as it looks very dull and rather depressing.
@@ZZOOMGVRP I never said the are E, they are Eb. My point is many ringers think of you play them a note they can tell you what note it is. The fact is very few people can tell the note unless compared with a known note. People who can do this are said to have perfect pitch.
