I live in a ‘74 trailer and it’s still in really good shape. Almost 50 years old! As soon as the property is paid off we will upgrade to something new/newer and have no hesitation that we will be in another trailer/modular home. Why I love watching you, giving us ideas of what we want.

This home is pristine, and if you had not said anything I would have thought it was new. If I was to buy I would look in this area. I have been watching videos where people remodel really old mobile homes, and they really make them look lovely.

This was very nice for being used. Really liked the faucet designs on the sinks and especially the tub in the master bathroom. The refurbishment team did a spectacular job cleaning up that home to make it look brand new. No wire racks and plenty of space! Thanks for the great tour! So is Cullen getting all antsy for Santa and Christmas yet? I work in a childcare center and our kids there are currently pretty crazy lol! Have a good one kid!

Cool concept it was practically new being a 2020 home..but impressed with how clean it was and generally liked it..I honesty didn't know they did these as repos or trade ins..But glad I know that now..thanks 4 the content Chance..

I like it. I would take out the kitchen counter, and consider part of the wall and cabinets across from the counter. this would really open up that living room, and the kitchen is still large and plenty of cabinets.

I would love to see more repo's and used. Maybe even a thing or two pointed out that make an especially good deal or somethings to watch out for on used/repo's. Brand new and cutting edge are so neat to see! Sprinkled in with used/repo's could be the wave of the future with customers so stretched for cash these days.
I know you said you couldn't find a floor plan for this home, but I'm sure you have at least one that's very similar. I couldn't tell you which one, but I remember seeing one that was very similar when I was looking through your videos today to find a single wide that I wanted to look at again - the one with all of the arches and wall niche. I had about given up when I found it! I had to go back 3 years! I enjoy your channel and home tours! 🙂
Yes on more repos. Times are getting tight out here. And traditionally, from what I've seen, interest rates are higher on mobile homes vs. rates on a brick and built home.
