I think the rainwings and nightwings should have one flag to show that the two tribes are united under Glory's rule.
Edit: the other NightWing flag is good, too! It was designed for a different group of dragons. I'm saying that there should be another flag for Glory's kingdom. Plus there would probably be a different flag for if the rainwings and nightwings merge tribes to become the swordwings.
there are 4 flags for the nightwings, being Darkstalkers time, the nightwing island, the rainforest, and renewal, all very diiferent times for the nightwings needing dif flags

Both the seawing and SkyWing flags were probably my favourite! They almost look like they could be real country flags!
Probably because the SkyWing flag was nearly identical to Antigua & Barbuda's flag.

I feel like a Hivewing flag would have a continuous honeycome pattern with some being black (like bumblebee stripes), maybe the middle would have a sillohet of a forward facing nightwing and/or beetlewing! Maybe the Leafwings would have one of those cool flags that arent rectanglar, having one side be cut to have a triangle tip with a gradient of gold at the tip to green at the base with red dots. A Silkwing flag would probably be like a tapestry full of detail of the trees, silk, and flowers maybe?
The Leafwing would totally have a strange shaped flag! I'd have three cuts out of the flag to represent the three tribes and the Tree Wars.
I think the hivewing flag would have honeycombs with some black like you suggested but with a moon to represent clearsight in the center just to make it easier for dragonets to draw.
I thought the leafwings would have an oddly shaped flag, like you said, I think it would be a green to gold gradient, but instead of the red, it would have dark green stripes like the veins of a leaf.
I also think the silkwings would have a tapestry, but it would have Freedom on it, as through her sacrifice, the silkwings were finally free, and it would have a rainbow background representing the tribe's many scale colors, but also there would be scattered teardrops in autumn colors to represent the chrysalis and how they helped to free the tribe.

One of the main rules of good flag making is not to include complex symbols like coat of arms (looking at you US state flags) so always keep it simple at the level of a where a six year old could draw it more or less.
The IceWing flag kinda looks like the flag of Mongolia

I just stole the flag of Burundi, but made it blue and removed the stars for the icewing one lol

I think u shoild do the Pantalan tribe flags too! heres some ideas: Silkwings should have a kind of a pastel colored design with mosaic type patterns (like the mosaic garden from book 11) with threads of silk connecting it. For Hivewings, they should have a orange, yellow and black honeycomb backround with the sillouete of a bee or wasp, for Leafwings, it should be green and gold with a leaf pattern or a snake pattern

Yoooo i had this same idea a long while ago, and i had some decent ideas with mine as well. (I got the idea from learning all of the world country flags).
Sandwing: v1 and v2 are very similar
V1: a three vertical lined flag with the colors in order (med tan, light tan, dark tan), with a black outlined yellow 8 pointed star in the middle
The flag was supposed to represent the war of sandwing succession as the three colored lines being the three sisters scale colours. (In order, blister, blaze, burn) as the star in the middle being (HERE IS A BOOK 5 SPOILER WARNING BEFOREHAND) [[Thorn taking the role as queen]]
V2: Very similar things with v1 but instead of the tan colours, its in the order (Dark green (Blister’s poisonous and manipulative nature), Gold (Blaze’s high self pride and beauty oriented nature), and Dark Red (Burn’s Wicked and Violent nature))
There are now three 8 pointed stars layered on top of each other with each rotated slightly (supposed to be the sun now) and they go in this order
Back: orange, Middle: dark peach, Front: light Peach. There is a white crown with a little white sun on top (i might replace this with the Eye of onyx)
Thinking about it now the sandwings probably dont want anything to reming them of the three sisters but it is still an idea i had.
(Also there was also going to be a little black outline of the Wof dragon in a circle logo in the bottom left (where the sand kingdom is located on the map) but i left it out
(Im too lazy to explain any more right now but still just sharing my take on the sandwing flag)
(Actually real quick i also had the idea for the rainwing side rainforest (yes the flags were more location than tribe) to be not rainbow but the specific colours of (mostly greenish turquoise, hot pink, yellow, purple, and dark blue) because of (book 3 spoilers just in case) Glory’s win for the throne having Mangrove, Kinkajou, Tamarin, and Jambu participate in the challenges (the colours on the flag are the colours of the five participating dragons scale colour)
no exact placement for the colours, just had the concept for a while but never exectued it

I love this! I would suggest doing some flags for the SilkWings, HiveWings, and the LeafWings! If fine if you don’t and if you’ve done it already! Also my fav was the SandWing flag!

I think this is a really cool idea. Just imagine if all the tribes really had flags, they would all study and learn about what there flag represents. Also I would love to see Pantala’s tribes flags and I love all the flags you made. Ps I agree with @kiorakarma

I would love to see a flag for the talons of peace, the outclaws, the talons of power and maybe (once you start on panatala with these) the chrysalis.
Smaller groups make for much more destict group idetitys which could lead to some very interesting flags.
The mudwing flag is so goodand it my favorite
and the Leafwing one is a lot more simple it is green backround with two brown bars representing trees in a forest and red circle outline entertwining with a yellow circle outline like two rings showing the Sapwings and Poisonwings union and a small bright green circle inbetween them representing the leafspeak

So here's my criticism:
MudWings:
Very good, although yellow is often used to signify wealth, and I don't think many MudWings are very wealthy. Brown is potentially one of the worst colors, right down with purple, but you did something symbolic with it, so I'll accept it. The eggs are okay, but it's very complicated and I'm not sure many people are aware of the red eggs.
SandWings:
Nice, but I would probably based it more off of Middle Eastern flags: not very much yellow, but lots of green. It would have been more likely for their cultures to revolve around rain and oases. I do like it symbolizing the VAST amounts of wealth! Note: in the comic, the Lazulite Dragon is depicted as being in flight.
SeaWings: I didn't see any bad thing about the design. By the way, SeaWings have THOUSANDS of islands. While SeaWings, are pretty wealthy, sunlight isn't one of their big things, and their bioluminescent scales are blue, not yellow.
SkyWings:
They probably would want to separate themselves from an violence after Firestorm and Scarlet's rules, and not all SkyWings are red/yellow.
IceWings:
The rings would probably be quickly changes after Snowfall's regime, and also IceWings are WAY MORE sophisticated. I would have done something like the Nordic Cross, but with a Coat of Arms in the middle, like the Copenhagen flag (Copenhagen is the capital of Denmark).
NightWings:
I think this was good. I prefer asymmetrical flags, but that's just me. I would have kept the two-star design, the two to represent the split politics.
RainWings:
Good. Note: what you call "The Pride Flag" is not the only pride flag. it's the Gay Pride Flag, But there are also other pride flags, like:
General LGBTQ+ Flag, which is a slightly more complicated Gay Flag
ADHD Flag, which is pretty darn complicated.
This is just some criticism, please do not take this offensively!

I love the sky Wing flag, but it really bothers me that the triangle is cut off at the bottom.
What about Pantala tribes? I love these ones and I’d like to see the other ones done too :)
You should definitely do more of these. Maybe do them for Warrior Cats clans as well
I like to imagine the stripes of the RainWing flag as different eras:
Red- When they were violent with Queen Anaconda
Orange- When the violence lessened with Queen Jarcaranda and Her mother
Yellow- When the RainWings were just lazy and the yellow represents their Sun-time
Green- When glory came to rule (Shes green most of the time)
Blue- The nightwing exodus
Purple- the kingdom now United between two tribes
I’m on arc two and I’ve gotten a lot of spoilers about more than the first few tribes that we get introduced to in the first book. Hope this vid doesn’t spoil me.
I did a Silkwing flag that is green on the top representing their peace and yellow on the bottom yellow meaning happyness and a pink circle in the middle pink representing their beauty and instead of monarchy they have the Silkwing council so I put an anntennae symbol on the pink circle
lmao as a Canadian the icewing flag just looks like the Canadian flag with a circle instead of the maple leaf

Depends on where you live, but local libraries is the easiest way. Archive.org is a free online library service that you can use to read some of Warrior Cats books as well.
I liked the Sanwing flag. Can you make a video of what if Warrior cats or Wings of fire protagonists get senteced for their crimes. I mean surely they have done somthing?

The icewing flag looks like the Canada flag
My favourite flag would probably the RainWing one! Excellent work with creating the flags. Also, for the Lazulite Dragon, white there is no canon DESCRIPTION of it, there is a portrayal of it in the Brightest Night Graphic Novel, which shows the top view of a dragon in flight, wings spread, no legs are shown. Hope this helps!

Oh! Here me out! The hivewing flag would be bright yellow/ orange. With black slants on the edges (like the skywings) it would have one big white circle in the middle though! The circle represents the queen’s ability to mind control, or obedience. The black represents how the hives hold them all together, and the yellow would be the the hivewing citizens themselfs, being trapped by the black border, and around the white circle.
My idea for a Nightwing flag would have been one large moon in the centre, and two crescent moons on either side. And at the bottom some sort of triangle to represent a mountain, either from Darkstalker's time to represent the way they put their eggs at high peaks in the hopes they hatch under the moons. Or more modern times representing the volcano island. I think Fierceteeth would keep the flag to represent Renewal as a kind of declaration of independence from Queen Glory.
And for the Icewings, their flag could be one large ring in the centre, and three more, progressively smaller rings on either side, partially obscured by the ones in front, for a total of seven. Obviously to represent the seven circles with the first of course being the most important, and the fact that every dragon in the tribe is -completely loyal to queen Scarlet- devoted to their aristocracy. The rings are all white, and the background a pale blue that many others might not differentiate. Since in book 7, Winter does comment on how from his perspective the ice kingdom is vibrant with colour and that everywhere else is incredibly garish and loud.
I would want these two flags to be noticeably similar as much to compliment the relationships between Arctic / Foeslayer and Winter/Moon, as well as being a stark contrast to their mutual history and wars.
The Talons of Peace flag, if they ever had / have one, I imagine would be a silhouette of Pyrrhia with seven starts arrayed above it (See: Kosovo). Ostensibly to represent peace between all the tribes across the whole continent. The silhouette would be the same colour as Morrowseer's scales because of his insidious influence over the group and how he wanted to hold influence over everyone, and the background would be the same green colour as Nautilus' scales, as founder and long-time leader of the group.

To be honest, I think Freedom should have her own flag, plus the tribes from Pantala.
I also did a Hivewing flag that is red with orange and yellow stripes with a couple of black ones representing the red for their strength the orange for their hives the yellow for their wealth and the black for their super natural powers also all the colours represnt their scale colour the flag during Wasps ear had a green wasp symbol in the middle green for the breath of evil plant and mind control and a wasp because obvious reasons but the flag after Wasps era has a white circle in the middle no wasp to represnt over throwing the evil queen and in the white circle is a black silouette of a dragons head that has big purple eyes which is Clearsight and her sightseeing powers
