The only thing I can immediately think of was that Albatross was a young child when he mutilated Sapphire if I remember correctly, and it was an accident - he didn’t realize it would happen, and he was being bullied. I think his charges would be different as it being an accident and on account of him being a minor. I was absolutely giggling looking at the sentence Darkstalker racked up, though, and I’m certain that’s not even all of it.
The fun thing is due to making himself immortal, Darkstalker 1000% could have lived out all those thousands of years of imprisonment that he deserved :D
I feel like enchanting someone to stop loving someone is one of the worst thing Darkstalker has done. But anyways, great video! I should do something like this for the book I wrote. The main character, Deepshade, is confirmed to have killed 1,209 people over 12 years of being an assassin. Oddly specific, I know, but a time-travelling dragon-god was keeping track. Anyways, that's at least 18,135 years in prison, and at most, 30,225 years, using the american legal system. Of course, the dragons would have just sentenced him to death, as they do with all murderers, but yeah. 30,225 years is a long time.

(the rainwings territory) and trespassing on the rainwing territory. queen diamond. she killed foeslayer 40 times. she probaly also has some law breaking. queen scarlet. she kidnapped the dragonets, killed many dragons, forced peril to kill dragons, manuplated peril, child abuse (she tried to kill peril and sky, so i would say that counts). made peril kill dragonets that werent hatched.
About the Guardinans: I'm not sure about Kidnapping (ironically) since they weren't hached yet, they would count as a fetus (what is the plural for that), for wich there are different laws (I think, sorry not an American) and kidnapping isn't among them, since you couldn't do so in the real world... You could probably do false imprisonment. Also medical neglect for keeping them away from thier elements and preventing thier powers from working properly The Battletraining they never wanted is probably assault, same as chaining Tsunami up attempted murder on Glory We later learn that Kestrel used to hit Glory for no reason, so even more assault Her just leaving them after escaping from Scarlet is probably child neglect Also Webs deserted during a batlle He also Druged 2 Guards, wich is probably poisening Kestrel resisted law enforcement
I mean weren't just his scales invulnerable? technically some other kind of harm that doesn't involve his scales should work (unless he enchanted his entire self to be invulnerable after kinkajou spit venom on his eye)
If he only enchanted his scales to be invulnerable,there are a lot of ways that can kill him bypassing his invulnerability,like blunt force trauma that can cause internal bleeding without needing to hurt the scales and suffocation and many ways

Icicle has canonically murdered at least one dragon (Crane) Although that was during active wartime, and we don't typically persecute soldiers for killing enemy soldiers during battle

Book 9: nothing again sorry haven't read past that so as far as I can tell she potentially gets 1 Assault and mabe 1 attemted murder. Also she is for at least the first a minor (not sure when she turned 7).
@enderskunk7515 I would consider most of glory's kills to fall under self-defense. She wasn't responsible for the volcano exploding, and still offered asylum to some nightwing refugees despite their acts against her tribe (kidnapping, experimentation etc). Unless I'm missing a kill in the later books that wasn't self defense, which is entirely possible. EDIT: I just looked it up and saw she also killed Crocodile, but I'd also say that was self defense bc Crocodile was leading the skywing army in an attack on the seawing palace, and confronted the dragonets with the soldiers. However she definitely COULD be tried for killing Fjord, but she did that when she was still a minor so she'd probably get a lighter sentence, and she did it to save the life of Clay. It wouldn't be self defense because she wasn't in the arena herself, but there are mitigating factors. I think her biggest crimes would be battery (attacking scarlet unprovoked, although she did do it to save her friends) and perhaps espionage by trespassing in the nightwing kingdom in secret. Also ig maybe obstruction of justice bc she just let Deathbringer get away with attempted murder lol

And yes, sometimes (law officers are often exempt from this) you can in fact be charged at the 2nd degree for killing to defend someone else, however she could definitely put up a good defense and the jury may not convict because of that mitigating circumstance. And at the very least I think it could be considered an abuse of power, since she IS the queen, and she did put other nightwings that abused her tribe in jail (Mastermind, Fierceteeth etc). Though I suppose you could argue that she also had the power as queen to grant him an official pardon lol, which is probably how that would pan out

You could say attemted murder against Scarlet, maybe even attemted regicide, since Scarlet maybe tecnically was still queen of the Skywings and she wasn't a direct threat to anyone at that time. BUT they were on jade Mountain, where you could call Tsunami law enforcement and Scarlet just literally threw evidence of her murder along with a confession for the same at her, giving Tsunami every right to arrest Scarlet and there is no proof she planed on doing something else.

so as far as I can tell she potentially gets 1 Assault and mabe 1 attemted murder. Also she is for at least the first a minor (not sure when she turned 7).
@enderskunk7515 I would consider most of glory's kills to fall under self-defense. She wasn't responsible for the volcano exploding, and still offered asylum to some nightwing refugees despite their acts against her tribe (kidnapping, experimentation etc). Unless I'm missing a kill in the later books that wasn't self defense, which is entirely possible.
EDIT: I just looked it up and saw she also killed Crocodile, but I'd also say that was self defense bc Crocodile was leading the skywing army in an attack on the seawing palace, and confronted the dragonets with the soldiers.
However she definitely COULD be tried for killing Fjord, but she did that when she was still a minor so she'd probably get a lighter sentence, and she did it to save the life of Clay. It wouldn't be self defense because she wasn't in the arena herself, but there are mitigating factors.
I think her biggest crimes would be battery (attacking scarlet unprovoked, although she did do it to save her friends) and perhaps espionage by trespassing in the nightwing kingdom in secret. Also ig maybe obstruction of justice bc she just let Deathbringer get away with attempted murder lol

about deathbringer: she didn't obstruct anything, she just didn't hold him herself. I don't think you can be charged for doing nothing in that situation.
@enderskunk7515 True, attacking scarlet could be considered to fall under the duress defense. And yes, sometimes (law officers are often exempt from this) you can in fact be charged at the 2nd degree for killing to defend someone else, however she could definitely put up a good defense and the jury may not convict because of that mitigating circumstance. And at the very least I think it could be considered an abuse of power, since she IS the queen, and she did put other nightwings that abused her tribe in jail (Mastermind, Fierceteeth etc). Though I suppose you could argue that she also had the power as queen to grant him an official pardon lol, which is probably how that would pan out
