I'm not sure if anyone thought of this (or if it even matters), but this format has zero impact on "actual" outcome. A 4 shot swing, isn't actually a 4 shot swing, if each result is doubled. You're playing just a standard stroke play, but inflating the numbers. This is semantics, I know... but yeah.
I'm sure you guys can come up with a different way of scoring and playing competitively together.
Missing FWY = 1pt
Missing Green in Reg = 1pt
3 putt = 1pt
Duffed shot = 1pt
Birdie = -1pt
1 putt (outside pin length) = -1pt
Lowest score wins.
Just made that up.

Yeah, I agree. What is more interesting is keeping par and better the same but double up on bogey or worse! Easy to lose shots harder to catch up. Also easier to lose your lead!
would've made more sense if they just doubled up the birdies & eagles to give them a reason to 'go for it' a bit more

don't know what all the fuss is about the camera work ,everyone knows it's the new filter on the camera used to tone down Petes trousers which is causing the focusing problem lol great video chaps keep it going
In all honesty Rick has a RUclips channel with almost a quarter million subscribers. It would be good for them all to invest in some really high quality equipment

I don’t think you hit many fairways just like me. The only difference is you hit much longer then me. Thanks for the videos and added confidence. LOL.

That course is a gem and looked to be in great condition! I don't know if I could get used to the plane noise, though.
For the shot tracer app, do you just set it up and it automatically locks on to the ball or do you have to do something to add the tracer

Charlie Diamond it locks on automatically most of the time. You can manually tweak the line yourself if you want. You can even tell it yardage you carried the shot and it will display on screen. It's called shot tracer.
I play at Eastham lodge golf club on the Wirral and we have planes always going over to Liverpool and I barely notice anymore!

Question for Rick. I hit a pretty consistent power fade. When i try to hit a draw or fade like you have teached beofre I lose about 50 yards on the drive. Cant seem to put full power into them. Dhould I just stick to the pkwer fade and forget about other types of drives?

Nines is a good 3man game. Though I guess you guys have played a similar game w/ sixes. Not sure there is a difference other than with nines there is potential for more points = more money to win I suppose.

Zoom on your camera gear is horrible recently. You need to fix this.
You should try high leigh course, and Walton golf course in Warrington. Once you get to the 6th/7th hole you'll be greeted by some beautiful green and yellow parrots. Also let me know and I'll skip work and come play haha 👌

Camera focus is hopeless
Love these vids. All the camera movement makes me nauseous though. I can handle the zoom but not the side to side. It's like the Blair Witch in hot red pants. Otherwise, straight up awesome and entertaining. I am a better person because I watch your vids. Oh and bring Carly back. That is all, carry on

You guys need a new camera. The way it immediately goes out of focus when you zoom, and stays that way for a few seconds is very last century. Often it totally prevents one seeing the result. I love you channel but this spoils it for me.

The format is redundant, it changes nothing. It's the same as stroke play except everthing is doubled, which means no change hah. Great vlog though, other than the odd out of focus shot.
