Lads, the silent walk off the green and drive was absolutely hilarious. Both your reactions were so funny,I've watched it time and again and it still makes me laugh....
Great to watch these videos; its like actually being there (although my golf is not quite as good). Brings back many happy memories turning a flat potatoe field into a fairly decent golf course. Am I allowed to mention my name in these comments? - Marc Westenborg, designer of Rockliffe Hall GC.
I don't think I've ever laughed so hard watching any of your videos as i did during the deafening silence. The expletives in Rick's head were written all over his face
This has really turned out to be a very entertaining round of golf to watch....and just when I thought it was safe to watch this next part up jumps yet another suprise.
Fantastic vlog series guys; loving it completely. No idea how Rick didn't launch a club or swear after those putts but all credit to him for keeping it clean. Can't wait for Parts 2 and 3.
Loving the transition from standard to shot tracer. Loving all the content as well! Please keep it coming. I always look forward to new videos from both you & Rick.
Delightful. I'm not sure how much of their drama is scripted, edited, or otherwise fake, but these two produce the most entertaining course vlogs and this is one of their best.
Bahahahahaha. Loved this vlog. Massive props to Rick for not breaking something or at least cussing up a storm. And for coming back w/ a par on the next
Great vlog, those greens looked bigger than my house ☺ Ricks comment about the greens being voluptuous, perhaps the course designer was a fan of Peter Paul Rubens
Liking the course vlogs! I especially like the 4 putt from Rick, makes me feel a lot better! HA HA Those marks on the screen are either a dirty sensor in the camera, or the lens itself. Bit of quick cleaning will sort em.
Oh man, watching Rick miss those short putts on 11 was almost like watching Ernie Els at the 2016 Masters! I couldn't stop laughing! As always love the videos.
Brilliant entertainment, even if the golf was a bit off. Been there myself so I know how you feel. Not sure I would have been quite as restrained though. I guess it might have been a different story if you were off camera. I like the strokesaver plans on the vid, nice touch.
Rick & Pete - The 4-whack reminded me of an incident many years ago, when I played in the Yorkshire Open at York (Strensall) GC. I was playing with a guy from Ganton, 1 handicapper. This was the mid 80's and he played with a set of Diawa Trypower irons and a yellow Top-Flite XL ball (all I can remember about him, tbh) We was playing the 8th, 448 yds, he took 4 to get to the green and then 4 putted from about 8 feet. Total silence to the 9th tee, then he piped up with, "Can't believe that, I didn't hit a bad shot" I really had to control myself from laughing to hit my next tee-shot! This guy shot 107 & 93 over the 36 holes, but according to himself, didn't play too badly?
Pete who’s your mate lol thought you were both pro’s haha 😂 4 putts and you take the hole gotta love that lol no seriously love you two the banter and your chemistry is great to watch together !!
Here's the actual language from the rule book concerning what to do in that specific situation: "If a player's ball in play moves after he has addressed it (other than as a result of a stroke), the player is deemed to have moved the ball and incurs a penalty of one stroke.
That has since been changed to be a more open consideration of all factors regarding whether or not the player was reasonably responsible for the ball moving The relevant decision is 18-2/0.5
Watch this video but skip ahead from 13th minute to the 14th minutes mark lol!! Poor Rick but we have all been there. Peter was a great sport by not busting our laughing such a gentlemen lol!!
If I had played the 11th like that I wouldn't have let me drive the buggy, I might have found the nearest deep water. 🤬well done for keeping it polite Rick.
I played here and won the trophy on my profile picture was the best round of golf I have ever played it’s a great course and I’m good condition all year round
I played Royal Lytham on Thursday, and that was my exact reaction after making a 9 on the 7th... 🤔 mmm. Still managed to shoot 81 in 40mph winds though... my playing partner 9 putted the same green for a 13... it was a real Hennie Otto moment. 🤣
LMAO! That was some SALT! MMMmmmMMMMmmmMMM! That green did you wrong, Rick! Welcome to my world. On the green in 2, then putt the shit out of it all over the green. Deeelicious.
I love Rick's facial expression after the hole. lots to say but nothing said... though your face said it all ;) I frankly feel relieved to know that things like that could happen to Pros too. Hehehe. That happens to me every hole :)
Lol it gives hope to everyone that even the reliable putters can have a complete and utter meltdown every now and again.... although to be fair that was a very restrained transition to the next tee 🙈😉🏌️⛳️ #andbreathe
Peter please dont stop making these vlogs also im missing carter you need to meet up with you rick and andy for another vid you 3 are so funny together
Lads, the silent walk off the green and drive was absolutely hilarious. Both your reactions were so funny,I've watched it time and again and it still makes me laugh....
So glad I'm not the only one who has 4 putted from birdie 😂
Definitely not, that’s my entire game after hitting a great drive.
Great to watch these videos; its like actually being there (although my golf is not quite as good). Brings back many happy memories turning a flat potatoe field into a fairly decent golf course. Am I allowed to mention my name in these comments? - Marc Westenborg, designer of Rockliffe Hall GC.
It’s the buggy ride that cracked me up soo much 😂😂 Peters face was priceless 😭
Ahhh the life-option-pondering walk back to the buggy. Welcome to our world, Rick!
I don't think I've ever laughed so hard watching any of your videos as i did during the deafening silence. The expletives in Rick's head were written all over his face
This has really turned out to be a very entertaining round of golf to watch....and just when I thought it was safe to watch this next part up jumps yet another suprise.
I thought we’d agreed this video would never be released 😕🙈
Rick Shiels Golf We all 4 putt sometimes 😂
And deprive the world of the most profound minute and 15 sec of British teaching pro golf vlog EVER?
Ouch!! Painful but hilarious 😂 happens the best of em sometimes!
Rick Shiels Golf I would have understood if you'd taken a wedge off the tee on the next hole and swung it vigorously 😁
a four putt is nothing: ruclips.net/video/YefULut6YrA/видео.html
15:30-16:30 the best minute i've ever seen on RUclips!
+Mathias Hjort 😂
Rick is glad they didn’t decide on stroke play. 😂
A golfer’s existential dread setting in
That drive to the next tee box was AWESOME!
That little smudge on the camera kept making me try to swipe my phone screen. 😂
Fantastic vlog series guys; loving it completely.
No idea how Rick didn't launch a club or swear after those putts but all credit to him for keeping it clean.
Can't wait for Parts 2 and 3.
This is still the funniest golf vid ever. It’s like Morcambe and Wise at its finest
You are both an absolute joy to watch. The great shots( the bad ones, 4 putts, etc. 🤣), the camaraderie. Don't change, and please keep making these!!
Haven’t laughed that hard in a while. Thank you
+Shayler Knechtel 👍😂
That was hilarious! I LOL'd so hard I had to watch it again... Rick to have the presence of mind to keep recording was just gold, awesome vlog guys :)
That was the best awkward silence footage I’ve ever seen on RUclips 😆😆😆
Loving the transition from standard to shot tracer. Loving all the content as well! Please keep it coming. I always look forward to new videos from both you & Rick.
Delightful. I'm not sure how much of their drama is scripted, edited, or otherwise fake, but these two produce the most entertaining course vlogs and this is one of their best.
Haha, nothing fake here Brian - not sure we'd find time to fit scripting in as well!!!
Bahahahahaha. Loved this vlog. Massive props to Rick for not breaking something or at least cussing up a storm. And for coming back w/ a par on the next
Best vlog yet best golf isn't necessarily the best tv thanks for amusing me daily carry on the good work
Rick, you made me chuckle all the way over here in Oklahoma! Just lag those three footers!
15.35 to 16.25 was just beautiful Rick 😂
The part where Rick was walking back to the cart after four putting was hilarious. Enjoy your videos
Entertaining as always boys; love the hole info & shot tracer special effects. Nice :-)
Welcome to my world!!! Couldn't have planned that any better!!! cheers!!!! LOL!!!
Great vlog, those greens looked bigger than my house ☺
Ricks comment about the greens being voluptuous, perhaps the course designer was a fan of Peter Paul Rubens

It honestly sounds like even the birds were laughing as you walked off the green Rick lol keep your head up man 👍⛳️
Great stuff guys!! You and Rick have something in these vlogs! Cheers!!!
+Paul Scott no worries
Love y'alls videos... great competition.
Absolute genius. The silence says it all. Rick Shiels is a legend.
Loving the green overlay on the video, great work!
Love the green mapping,good edit
Great looking course
What a great RUclips moment,many thanks 👏👏
Great idea to insert the path n the green.
The ball never lies, instant karma on those missed putts lol
Comedy gold 😂
I came back to watch this, and the slow, silent, walk after Pete sinks his putt had me rolling.
Oh man, watching Rick miss those short putts on 11 was almost like watching Ernie Els at the 2016 Masters! I couldn't stop laughing! As always love the videos.
May be the first time I've seen rick speechless 😂
+Brian Stehno 😂
such a great video , so funny but thats golf hey !
Rick seemed quite proud of his 4 jabs. If that was me the last place the camera would have been is filming myself !
Brilliant entertainment, even if the golf was a bit off. Been there myself so I know how you feel. Not sure I would have been quite as restrained though. I guess it might have been a different story if you were off camera. I like the strokesaver plans on the vid, nice touch.
Wow, that was so awkward!! Top stuff lads!
I believe Mr. Shiels did his best Andy Carter impression on that first hole.
Course looks beautiful
15:50 Rick trying not to tear up. Off camera he is crying bad 😂
Very very funny video,thanks guys.
+spocktra50 no worries
Hahaha I can imagine Rick was talking about that hole all the way to Newcastle LOL
Great Video Pete
One of the funniest Awkwud moments ever on your channel lol for reals 🤪

Right, 12th hole, you've got this Rick, its a 190 yards Par 86
One thing you can say about Pete: he always seems to capitalize on mistakes. Great up-and-down.
Pete who’s your mate lol thought you were both pro’s haha 😂 4 putts and you take the hole gotta love that lol no seriously love you two the banter and your chemistry is great to watch together !!

HoffTTM you're right new rules change 2017. www.usga.org/rules-hub/2017-local-rule/new-local-rule.html
Yes, that's why I was asking the question. Rule 18-2/b was removed for 2016.
Well if you never ground your club, you never address it.
Shielsy's double lip-out legitimately made me spit out my lunch.
what is the black smudge on lens its been their for the last few videos, keep thinking its dirt on my screen!
It's small grass particles that I assume stick to the camera
Watch this video but skip ahead from 13th minute to the 14th minutes mark lol!! Poor Rick but we have all been there. Peter was a great sport by not busting our laughing such a gentlemen lol!!

I played here and won the trophy on my profile picture was the best round of golf I have ever played it’s a great course and I’m good condition all year round
"Nice easy four, and I'm going to draw it into the pin."
*pause*
"My shot."
Ha ha ha 😂 😂 😂
I played Royal Lytham on Thursday, and that was my exact reaction after making a 9 on the 7th... 🤔 mmm. Still managed to shoot 81 in 40mph winds though... my playing partner 9 putted the same green for a 13... it was a real Hennie Otto moment. 🤣
Having flashbacks to those Nelson vlogs on that second hole?😂😂😂
LMAO! That was some SALT! MMMmmmMMMMmmmMMM! That green did you wrong, Rick! Welcome to my world. On the green in 2, then putt the shit out of it all over the green. Deeelicious.
That awkward silence though...
What colour tees did you play off??
Have played there, very hard for a high handicapper, but in fabulous condition.. fairways are like walking on a bouncy castle😂😂😂😂
Brilliant 😆
i feel your pain Pete. My approaches are abysmal for the most part.
I love Rick's facial expression after the hole. lots to say but nothing said... though your face said it all ;) I frankly feel relieved to know that things like that could happen to Pros too. Hehehe. That happens to me every hole :)
Oh rick. What have you done. 😱😂
That was painful boys.
no one:
rick: alright have a 40 yard putt from the fairway
As far as the focus am and old video tour guy and like we always said focus is optional lol !!
You should take the Cobra Long Tom from ages ago out on a course vlog for our viewing amusement.
Too funny!
😂😂😂😂 class, silence...
Wish I was there out driving you guys. ;)
Hahahaha damn that was good
15:25 funniest moment in pete's channel

Class video
+Zak Sliwka cheers Zak
I hit that Vice ball from America.
13:35 I did lol, then again :)
I am pretty sure Pete is right regarding the putt of Rick, no penalty if Rick did not cause it to move.
what camera do you use?
Lol it gives hope to everyone that even the reliable putters can have a complete and utter meltdown every now and again.... although to be fair that was a very restrained transition to the next tee 🙈😉🏌️⛳️ #andbreathe
What editing software do you use
"Miss the flag"? Lolol
Pete look back at Dustin Johnson 2016 us open regarding the "puttergate" incident .

Peter please dont stop making these vlogs also im missing carter you need to meet up with you rick and andy for another vid you 3 are so funny together
Hey, I play Vice balls and watch your channels!
