I live in Japan. I would like to try the candy made by the craftsmen, but unfortunately it's not within easy reach. All the products in the video are wonderful, and just watching the process is so much fun that I watch it over and over again. I'm not good at English, so I use a translation app, so I'm sorry if I didn't translate well.
I've always wanted to learn how to bake, but my dad says I'm still on the cooking basics. Like making ramen or Mac and Cheese. And I would love to one day work or visit you all and try out the treats you guys make
Baking is fun and delicious. It's like science, you have to be very careful in your measurements and ingredients. I'm happy to hear you are learning the basics. YUMMM I like ramen and Mac n cheese. Maybe you can ask your dad if you can get some jiffy brand mix to bake, or the packets of cookie or brownie mix that you only add water to. Always be careful to wear oven mitts do a good job cleaning up after yourself. Have fun chef Aiyana ☺️
I watch one of your videos every day in the US and hope to come visit you sometime and try your amazing wares! I have a question: Are all of the tables in the beginning process heated? I always wonder how you control the sugar becoming more solid and more liquid at different stages.
Was curious too: The formula of sugar-free hard candy is by weight percentage: Liquid maltitol 70%, xylitol 10%, isomalt 40%, Mint Essence 0.1%, menthol 0.1%, vanillic aldehyde 0.1%, food coloring 0.01%, monoglyceride 0.001%, surplus is water. (Thats some random recipe, but I assume the ones here are similar)
Great work guys.....im sorry for all the ridiculous comments that will follow...the same repeated questions that have already been answered dozens of times...the demands to make a candy you have already made...the rude comments about the miss....I apologize in advance. Thanks again guys
They smile plenty. You need to realize you are watching a two hour process edited down to a few minutes. While they are concentrating. If you aren't smart enough to realize that, stay off the comments section.

They are not clowns..they are professionals..and cand is made with sugar only
@@1UpGirl lmao thats not a real job. Ill bet 50$ that they only stay in bussiness due to tik tok or a trust fund. Candy aint paying the bills
