That spare rib does not sound great. That is very disappointing. The Hawaii booth at this festival a few years ago is the first place I ever had Spam. My husband couldn't believe I had never had Spam as he grew up eating it. It was pretty good. But I would probably like the kahlua pork slider better than the Spam slider. Sounds like the Festival had some great options again this year. And maybe a few not so great. Thanks again for sharing this event with us!
I would just skip SK if you do get a chance to go it feels like it was an afterthought on them and even the employees there weren't very nice 😕. My wife is the same with spam until a few years ago when she tried spam musabi lol

Spam slider wasn't good when I had it but the pork slider was yummy
