I've been doing at the end of every day and i also do dance and rugby 6x a week -- I've been doing the escerise for about 2 weeks give or taken and its the burpees that is the intense part i remember getting such a massive headache the first time i think it was partially because i didn't have any water while i was excerising
Dont reccomend if you have asthma but maybe you can do 40 jumping jacks, 15-20 burpees1 crawl plank with a song under 2:50 seconds and start with that!
Tip: don’t ever lay down after finishing, start walking otherwise you wont feel good or you will throw up! Its the same for when you’re running never sit down or lay down.
@@goeticfolklore yea if your working out to that point you will definitely need to take things slower because no matter how intense an exercise is you won't get results straight away so instead of doing intense workouts for a week it's better to do simple ones over a month or so but I don't think many people understand that
if you throw up from exercise you are doing something WRONG!!! you are either working out too hard, eating bad food before working out (or workout out on a full stomach), or you aren’t warming up before going all-in. throwing up after exercise is NOT NORMAL.
Keep doing it. Burpees, lunges, weighted planks, side planks, bicycle crunches, skipping rope along with proper diet and loads of water and sleep will surely get you defined abs! I did with all of these!😊🤘🏼

And as it gets easier take the one snack time out. You can also do intermediate fasting, so mean you can eat from noon- 6:30 pm. But you don’t eat anything outisde of those times. Hope this helped! Lemme know if u have an6 other questions.
If you're already pretty active and in healthy shape it'll be pretty easy to achieve and even more defined body with this routine in shorter amount of time. So I do believe she got more defined abs within a week.

If you’re looking for a version that still gives good results but I’d less intense then I would recommend the kazuha workout, I still feel energised and proud without fainting

My guess is that photo was taken shortly after workout. With intense routines like these the change is usually very noticeable and happens quickly. The down side is, that it's not sustainable for most people. Overexercising can be very harmful and even normal exercise can be harmful for your body, if you don't have the proper posture and technique, so _please_ be careful. You shouldn't need to exercise to look a certain way. If you just wanna be active, find a workout routine that feels comfortable for you.

It’s impossible to get visible abs in a week, however you may not feel as bloated if you keep active and eat healthy with this routine. Everyone’s body is different. There’s really no such thing as a “quick fix” with working out. It depends on your body before this workout too.
I tried this workout just now and I only got to the fourth exercise, then my mother called to see if I wanted ice cream and I said I didn't feel good, cause I really didn't 😂 I felt really lightheaded, dizzy, and like I was about to throw up. I also broke into a cold sweat. If you're going to try this challenge, remember to pace yourself and to drink room temperature water (not too much!) so you don't make yourself sick. They aren't exaggerating when they say you might pass out, I'm not exaggerating either!
I'm already on day 3 of the le sserafim workout and honestly I think it's not that bad. Even on day 1 I was surprised on how ok it was cuz I thought it's going to make me faint. Of course everyone is different and I also play volleyball so I guess I built a pretty good stamina out of that so yea. I love the workout and hope for the best results and if I see some changes after 1-2 weeks I'll keep on doing the workout every day. Keep going guys u got it!❤
And to say this overall its not only the exercise we are talking here. Its also about what you ate and how many you consume daily. It needs strict eating lifestyle with exercise.

guys if you want to do this, DO NOT DO THIS EVERYDAY at first you can do at day 1 at day 2 REST and keep the cycle going if your don’t do any rest days it’s really dangerous for you and could faint
Just take one step at a time, remember they have their body like that before, they're just maintaining it and this workouts is like a normal thing to do for a long time they've been doing it. We, amateurs just starting to do this so, no pain no gain❤❤❤❤

Heyy for anyone who feels like dying while doing burpees you can use alternative exercise i do plank jacks they both do the same work (raise ur heart rate, focus on hip thighs arms stomach)
the first time i did it and i'm telling you, dude it was EXHAUSTING. the next day, my legs stopped working, i literally can't balance myself even while standing
exercise is good in general but doing burpees won't give u visible abs. but it sure will exhaust u and make u burn some small amount of calories, since ur heartrate will go nuts. do exercises like crunches (lots of varieties, i.e. bicycle ones) which actually make ur abs burn. regardless, without lowering body fat through dieting u won't see abs no matter how much u train them, and u can't spot reduce fat or outtrain a bad diet
so what i do for the burpees is i listen to songs for each song i do 20 burpees it gives me a long enough break and its just fun to listen to music while working out

You’re not gonna see results in just one week. Stay consistent and make sure you take days to rest. Doing this every other day would be better to allow your body time to recover and get stronger.
Getting an athletic body can't be achieved with some quick fix regiment. This would be an okay start but it's pretty damaging to over work yourself. This stuff takes time.
i could do every thing but i only did 100 burpees. i couldn’t do three sets lol. (ik burpees are one of the most difficult parts so not doing 200 extra made the rest easier)

If you’re working out so hard you’re throwing up, I think you might need to progress slower.

Don’t try to get defined abs if you’re a female. It’s horrible for your body

Other body type are different. Don't compare yourself with other. Some people may need longer than 7 days to see the result

If you want to reduce belly fat, you have to work on ur core not just burpees.. inner strength core gives faster results and also pilates.
Lowering your calorie intake will make your abs more visible. Working out will only make you bigger and/or stronger
