Appreciate this. I'm nearly one year in and the gray is looking so pretty. It's also very soft. I think I'll have my hormones checked!

Im conflicted about the bioidenticals. Had been sold on them when reading Dr. Northrup and others years but it seems she and others are backing away from it now. Started doing my own research again after my friends gyn told her to avoid them and only use if absolutely necessary. Another friend tried to convince me to use and she was a good example of how well she looked and felt on them . But she ended up getting breast cancer. So , its complicated. Wish it did not have to be. I guess it all gets down to risk/benefit and what that means to you. sigh.

Great video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you considered - Millawdon Goodbye Gray Trick (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good exclusive guide for learning how to reverse gray hair fast without the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy finally got great results with it.

I colored my hair for 20 years and I'm so happy that I stopped dyeing it. I'm much happier.

I've been watching and enjoying your videos for quite a while! You are so elegant and wise. I'm in my early 30s, but ever since my mid 20s, I'm trying to tke preventative measures to age as gracefully as possible and I've gotten such good tips from you! I truly hope more of society stops thinking grey hair means old, because I also don't think it does! The last year or so I've noticed more and more grey hairs pop up, but I say to myself as long as I have hair, I will embrace whatever color it grows in. Years ago I bleached my hair because I wanted a platinum color, but I experienced such bad breakage, I let my real color grow in and haven't touched hair dye now in over five years. :)

Hi Diane! I love that you reached out to me and shared your experience. If young women like you started living with good habits, (some of which I share on my channel) aging gracefully will be surely guaranteed!

Hi Dear Roxanne...I am going to join out talk on this subject...you know talking about ageing and how to make it easier on us is nowhere discussed more than here in America..saying this there is nothing wrong with it..quite opposite...I am European and I know through my parents, relatives, classmates , childhood friends..they enter 50 ties and conversation on ageing subject becomes one of giving in to it....accepting the wrinkles, sagging, aches an pains due to slower physical activity, whenever I offer a sugestion on daily streching to keep mobility of a body I hear comments like...oh ..I do not have time for that...or even better...they tell me..Jana..common we are not 20 anymore...it is normal to be achy and having health problems....it comes with age..It is hard to get through them and promoting better ageing is not the priority. When it comes to me.I am after quantity of life but its quality...looking at myself and seeing someone I do not recognize anymore is something I am anxious to experience..so as long as I can gracefully by my own means with nutrition , workout routines that are effective yet gentle on my body, resemble my self I am still seeing and be pain free as much as it is possible...I will invest time to it. It is not grey hair that ages me but it is having a migraine for 3 days ..or neck spine out of place or neglecting my streches and walking stiff around the house ., or being hard on myself, playing victim role or not excepting things around me....letting my mental state go down...So i have to be ontop of these issues and still I have days I just give up...but luckily they do not last long !!! ...J

Hi Jana, It's so true that different cultures look at life so differently. It sounds like you have a good awareness around your own desire to have the highest quality of life you can. Even if we do our best, we all still need support. I hope you can find support during your down days. Keep up with your exercise! It helps with moods so much! xoxo

New to your channel today after following you on IG for awhile, thank you for talking about so many of these subjects. I'm 61, have been growing out my grey for a year, and have struggled to find others to discuss many of these things with. I so appreciate your inspiration and suggestions!

I am one of the baby boomers you mentioned. I will be 65 next year. I am trying to get used to my hair being gray. The last time I dyed my hair was Dec 13 2019 so I have just a few inches of gray. I still have mostly brown hair so I am not sure I like it. But I am going to just wait it out and grow it out and hopefully I will get used to it. I love your hair and wish mine were all beautiful silver like yours. Thanks so much for another great video. I feel like I am listening to a friend when you talk. You give great tips and advice, and I enjoy the wisdom you share with us. Thank you
