I lost track of the wiring about 2 minutes in! Ain’t no way I’d be able to do this but I would at least try. Try and fail is far better than never try at all. Great video and glad to see these again.
i bought a Sony HMK20 music centre in 1974..i still have the manual...this Aiwa looks much more powerful with higher wattage per channel...we also had a Hitachi music centre in the family...they were popular in the 70's
Thanks very much for liking my comet . I just got the Sony receiver STR-H D 590 and I really haven't figured out how hook up the right way on how to connect the front speakers up right yet.
It's looks like totally fake repair video. With skills and tools like he demonstrate on this video. The only thing that He can do with your stereo system is just totally ruin it
Oh my God! You bring back such old memories. We had an Aiwa AF 5090 system, very similar to this set. Those were the late seventies and eighties. Beautiful set, I still miss it.
@@ChillToMusic87 It's' not so easy to explain it. But if you have even little experience at repairing some electronic staff. Your can see it by yourself. It looks like imitate of real repair. First of all He is just totally disassemble device also he is cut off wires that is not right way. Second thing: He is not demonstrating real measurements. All your see is just random values on random circuit points. And the last thing He does not clean or lubricate cassette player and record turntable. And it's not all details that shows you that video is fake repair.
A lovely Aiwa music centre from about 1980 ? In those days Aiwa and other manufacturers, knew how to produce quality units such as this-unlike the garbage produced today !!
Guys, don't take your subscribers for fools!!! You didn't repair the vinyl record player!!! It’s obvious that you just put in some music, the needle rose and the music still continued to play. And the record does not correspond to the music that is playing, this is also obvious (vinyl record lovers understand)!!! I myself repair electronic equipment; in these old devices, ALL electrolytic capacitors need to be replaced!!! Since they have dried out over many years and lost their original characteristics. It’s also not enough to just drip some oil into a tape recorder. It is necessary to sort out, clean and lubricate all the mechanics, it is necessary to change the belts, since the rubber has also degraded for a long time, change the pressure rollers and often worn magnetic heads. Well, all over again to set up the mechanics of the tape recorder using instruments and measuring tapes and to set up the player using stencils and test records.
You are saying that you would take this all in one, and do all of that to the set. They are mass market sets, and they served a purpose. They were never great. I could see your whining, if he a Mac 30, and a Thorens table. And I cleaned and oil my players, the same way, .
Çok harika bir iş çıkardınız ustalar. İşi biliyorsunuz. Hata göremedim. Kutluyorum.
You wanna find crazy people on youtube, you got it! But make sure to watch twice the speed. 👍
The needle lifts but the music continues to play LOL
Yes, no realy Demo its the Player works, but it is spinning 😄

Suena genial !
The equalization of the sound reminds me of the sharpest definition I think from my grandparents' years.

What a beast! You can also replace those green film caps with new small TDK box film caps which are much smaller.
