Amen! 24 years here and it’s not easy. We separated in year 10 went to marriage Counsling and came back stronger. It’s good because we are both committed to making it good. I don’t know what’s wrong with people thinking life is going to be perfect.

If she needs to build him up to be a leader of the family, what’s the point in him leading if he can’t build himself up? At that point, why not just let her? And she’s putting in unnecessary effort where, on top of doing her part of taking care of him as a housewife, she has to put in the time and effort to build him up. This is when all he has to do is mooch of her time and effort and doesn’t start until later on to do his part to take care of her, etc. And that isn’t entirely a good idea since she is completely dependent on him anyways. Y’all want women to give more in a relationship than the man and it shows.

Entitlement isn't Godly miss. Give a man something to respect,teach the younger women to save themselves for their husband.Teach them how to respect themselves and others. Teach them how to love, instead of how to be loved. You'll see more of this maybe not every woman will get it but it'll be more. You are NOT entitled to anything just because of your gender,men also have standards too. Yes a man should be respectful and a provider and a good father figure/leader with integrity and lead by God. I'm tired of women thinking they can sleep around be disrespectful and arrogant and still hope love like this will find them. We'll never see more of this with that mindset and I genuinely want to.
