Met her today standing at the coffee stand 1/6/2024 and I complimented her ring. She said she been married 52 years and I said wowwwwwww!!!! Always ask the secret to being together for so long. She said I don’t argue and God she love her husband. She gave me her podcast to watch and we departed from each other. Went to my table and I looked to the left she walked up to me and gave me a certificate to eat that she wasn’t going to need because her and husband were leaving. I gave her a hug and told her thank you. Beautiful woman and I’m happy I had conversations with her

I'm 45 and single, I've never had a serious relationship and at times think something is wrong with me. The last few weeks I've heard God say, trust my timing. I needed this testimony at this time in August 2023. I've been married for 17 years and know others in my church who aren't willing to share their testimony after being married 50+ years when it is much needed.🙏🏾

As someone who was married to a wife who was stricken with brain cancer, their story really touched me. I remember the days when my Angel was really sick and I had to be strong for the both of us. The days when she lacked the energy to do anything, I had to do everything and I loved every minute of it because, I loved her and we took our vows aseriously. We were married for 5 years and she fought until the very end. Not a day goes by that I don’t wish that I could’ve taken her place. These two are truly a blessing from above. They show the true value of marriage, they are absolutely amazing and beautiful and to my wife Toya, your husband will always love and miss you my Angel.

I’ve had so many disappointments in life. I lost my son to suicide. My husband who I loved dearly passed away from a massive heart attack. I haven’t stopped loving God. But to be very transparent, I was beginning to lose hope……that I would find joy in living life again instead of just existing. But after watching the Griffins and listening to them, I know that I know that God still has a plan for me….and that even after huge disappointments I can still have life and have it more abundantly. My heart was broken but I am in the hands of the Great Physician who is healing and restoring me. Thank you for this powerful and anointed episode. And yes, I used to work at Blue Cross. They called Ron Griffin the Silver Gray Fox back in the day and a lot of women were after him😂 I was just a kid then but I see there could only be one woman that God made for Pastor Ron…..Linda you are the BEST….spicy, real, transparent and loving. Blessings to the both of you and THANK YOU.

Thank you so much King for airing this episode, I can totally identify. I’m from Ontario Canada, May of “2018” I was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer which spread to my brain. The doctors said there’s nothing they can do for me, and gave me a certain time to live. To cut a long story short, I’m still here today, praising my Jesus, and giving thanks to Almighty God. I refuse to die! Death cannot touch me, it’s not my time to go, my purpose is not yet finished. I want to get married again, and I asked the Lord for another chance to do it right. I now have the understanding that marriage is more than have sex legally, it is designed by God, to show off Christ and the church.

To file for divorce after 20 years, him, not leaving the house in spite of that and her choosing to rekindle their marriage is no easy thing. Loving someone in spite of the flaws is real love. This is not to boast. I’m 43, married for 17yrs together for 20, previously divorced from a marriage of defiance, I was to young. Love this podcast. They speak so much truth from their hearts and from God. “You can’t hug unless you’ve experienced loss, grief or hurt”.
And their experience of Gods plan. Mirrors my own, I gave up my good job to walk the path with God and now I’m a Children, Youth and Families Pastor, I have never been so fulfilled in my life.
May God continue to bless this couple!!!

Grandpa Ronald BLESSED my heart! He spoke my language. When God takes us through challenges He is testing our posture. One year later I'm STILL shocking the doctors because of how my body is healing from Stage 4 Metastasis Gastric Cancer, Ulcer and H. Pylori Bacteria. My testimony is that God didn't tell me to worry so I didn't because God Is...He Chose Me To Live!!!

This episode blessed me! My husband and I have been married for 16 years and the wisdom these two imparted was so needed. Marriage takes work. It’s a give and take. It’s not easy, but with the right partner, it’s worth it. I’m currently going through a medical condition right now and Grandpa Ron’s testimony blessed me. We need more of these types of conversations to happen in and out of the church. I firmly believe that when we can hear stories of coming out in the other side of trials and how to treat our spouses, we’d have less divorce. Loved this episode so much! I could listen to them all day! ❤

When I tell you I haven’t moved since I clicked on this episode. This is such a healing episode. When God has given me the ability to believe in marriage again. I’m so thankful to know God will give me a marriage that will give God glory . The reason why I say that is because he gave me a testimony in 2019 and the story is still developing . But I know my marriage will give God glory . The way God is still using this couple in their 51 years in marriage. As well as this podcast .. the way tears are flowing as you all ended in prayer .. it’s more I can say ..but whew
And that point on fasting Jesus

This story defines the relationship I share with my husband. The highs and lows, age differences of 14 years 9 months his junior, and cultural up bringing. We experienced power struggles, sickness, unemployment and grief, Together.
We became best friends after the first 5 years, and as I write this message in year 13 of marriage , we STILL choose one another and work hard at our marriage.
We've learned that what affects one, affects the other and we take it to the LORD, in Prayers❤

I love this episode for a million reasons. One thing that it has done was to help me to see my mother and father in a different light. It brought me to a place of honoring them and respecting them in their choices as a married couple. It healed some things in me about my mom that was destroying our relationship. Now, I respect her choice to protect her husband, my dad, as fiercely as she does. I can see them on a different level because of this beautiful couple. I am praying for God to truly reconcile me and my mom as he thaws my heart towards her and my dad. I don’t want to miss out on the treasures that they have to give me in their almost 38 year marriage for my marriage. I definitely see God in this episode. There is hope in unfailing love. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💜
