Would love to see an update on these plants as they form new plantlets. Awesome video.

Thank you for your videos. Your videos have been a great resource. I have been reading Plants from test Tubes since 2021. Your videos have given me the inspiration to get into it. So thank you.

How long do you leave them in the media for before removing plants to acclimate them?

Hey! I’m new to your channel and I’m on week 2 of my acclimation process with my very first batch! Thank you for your helpful tips💕 I have a question in regards to making the media. I watched your other vids on tissue culture so if I missed you saying this, sorry😬 it looks like you premade the media. How long are they good for when premade?

    Hi Tatum
Great easy to follow videos- thank you!!
Do you make a rooting agar mix as well? Or do you just create vegetative growth , split and then transfer to grow out in your little pink trays?
    Thanks again
    Mike

Hi Tatum, great youtube video btw. I have taken the full plung and drove right in after watching all of your tissue culture videos.
I wanted to ask you, as you did mention in one of your videos that you would explain how one gets a permit to import tissue culture into the United States from other countries.
So here I am asking. How does one apply for a permit, and what qualifications does one need to get one.
I have been dying to do this for a while. I am coming from a Healthcare field so working in sterile fields are right up my alley. So I think I would tissue culturing would be good for me.
So any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Or a video on how you apply for this permit would be ideal.
Thanks looking forward to your next video.

    Should the soil be sterilized?

I know you sterilize the media containers after you’ve filled them with the liquid media. In this video, did you sterilize the outside of the media containers prior to putting them in the hood to transfer the plantlets?

I must've missed something in the previous videos.. so you buy tissue culture plants on etsy, to tissue culture them yourself and then once they produce you pot them up and sell them? Can this be done with any plant or just houseplants?

    • @TatumSweet
      @TatumSweet  2 года назад

It can be done with any plant. Starting with plantlets already in vitro isn’t necessary, it’s just a lot easier, especially for beginners!
