Theo used to call Joe "Dean" hence 'Dean Town' and Conscious Club's "It's Dean Dart" (although occasionally they swap this for "Ich bin Dart" which makes sense as the video's set in Berlin). He's also called the General by the announcer in the spoken section of 'Mr Finish Line', but it doesn't crop up much afterwards.
Woody goes by Prof(essor) G(oss) from time to time, also being referred to as The Birdwatcher, while Jack has been known as The Speedwalker, The Greatest Dancer, and Vulfmon, among others, while the other members of the band- especially Joe- tend to refer to him by his surname.
Theo doesn't have any nickname that immediately comes to mind, although I'm sure one exists.
