    राहुल जी , कितना भी बेनिफिट अंपाई को दीजिए मगर जो जाने वाला है, वो जाएगा। उसको रोकने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका यह है कि, उसको अच्छा सा बड़ा सा एक हैप्पी सैलरी दिया जाए ,जो वही सेक्टर मैं मिलने वाली सैलरी में से थोड़ा ज्यादा हो। आजकल के बच्चों में धीरज नहीं है और लॉन्ग बेनिफिट समझ नहीं पाते।

Thoda un sales ke employees ke bare me bhi ek video banaiye Jo market me field PE kaam karte hai. I think employees ke benefits define karne ke liye unka nature of job bohot hi important hai then only apple to apple conversion hoga jaisa ki aap kehta hai. All the best for what you're doing.
