- Acetic Acid Fermentation:
* Acetic Acid-a chemical substance with an inhibiting effect in the growth of
microorganisms and which is present in vinegar.
*Acetic Acid Fermentation chemical reaction caused by acetobacter acetic to produce
vinegar
*Mother Vinegar a white gummy mass that usually forms in vinegar
*Alcohol fermentation ,the raw materials containing sugar is fermented to alcohol by the
action of yeast
*Acetic Acid Fermentation -the alcoholic liquor is converted to dilute acetic acid by acetic
acid bacteria.
MATERIALS USED:
Coconut water___________ 4 cups or 1 liter
Sugar ____________3/4 cup
Yeast ____________ 1/4 tsp
Vinegar starter___________ 1 cup

1. Clarifying with egg white how many minutes
2. Decanting - . Lid of jar should be loose or tightly closed for 4 weeks
3. After 4 weeks do we strain again and close lid tightly

No need na po isanitize kasi malinis yan pag bagong tanggalan ng husk.make it simple and organic and out of chemicals.kahit di mo na yan hugasan malinis yan. mas maganda sa katawan ang walang chlorox.
