Any how, the best cheese/beef burger I've had in Manchester is Grand Daddy's Diner. The Mexican burger is outstanding. The grilled chicken burgers are really good too.
Do students have special food requirements? Does it have to be under £5 to be of interest? Spend some of your loan ffs. You don't even have to pay it back! Jeez!
A hidden gem tucked away in Bolton is 'Koolios'. Donner + Chips with chilli and garlic. Also try the chilli hotdog with jalapeños and fried onions. Another Gem is Glodwick chippy in Oldham. Their pies are all baked fresh and are awesome! Many folk don't know about these 2 places unless they are locals. Thank me later 😛

Great reviews, but I personally don’t really like shakedown I would definitely prefer burgerism over it. I don’t really like shakedown burgers and would only go there for a shake or waffle. I would most likely replace shakedown with side street and put burgerism first.

Good list. Haven't tried Chilliz, that burger from Bun & Slice, or Burgerism. Burger Street and Shakedown offer the tastiest burgers. I discovered Burger Box in Fallowfield and I love it.
Shakedown have poor customer service they always miss things from orders such as cheese sauce and don't respond to emails. Which is really arrogant of them. They obviously don't care about their customer base. Rip off too

Started to worry while watching this. Thought my whole life was a lie and then there at number one was my favourite burger place! It is so so good bro. Burgers there are on another level plus overall the milkshake and desserts make it a place very difficult to beat. Want to go again but this lockdown has ruined my plans 💔. Anyway Manchester has a better food game than Birmingham at the moment. Can't wait to visit again 👍

Heyman you should check out Burger Bey in Ickenham. It’s owned by Moroccans so they have beef bacon. Their breakfast burger is the best burger I have ever had!
Being within Burgerism deliveroo/uber eats delivery range (Salford) has probably caused me to gain a stone in lockdown XD If you want a 4 patty burger from there the Wholly Double is to die for.
i have to disagree with burger street I wouldn't put it at top 5 at all. Bun and slice is so much better. Shakeedown and burgerism and ive eaten from both. Burger republic is nice and id put it as number 4/3. THE NUMBER 1 HAS to be Oh My Burger, if you haven't tried it, you're in for a good time :)

They started and became famous for their desserts before they went on to burgers. I rate the waffles
