ive got a z 125 and let me tell you, for a 125cc it is gorgeous to ride, the bike really responds to you and is as nippy as it looks, my only downside is the lack of being able to adjust the foot pegs, whilst great if your a short person, im 6''3 and as a result cant really get my feet into a brilliant position that i can easilly shift gear and operate the rear brake, what would normally be a flick of the foot instead becomes a whole lower leg movement. the riding position also results in you putting a lot of weight on teh handlebars, this can be fixed with a bit of lower body strnegth however i would reccomend this bike anyday fo the week though, it really gave me a love for riding
I wish Kawasaki made another 500cc bike. The Ninja 500 is still great and one of the most sold bikes of Kawasaki, I don't understand what they're waiting for. These 125/250/300cc's are great starter bikes tho, if the quality is right.
@@Zeggawong granted I changed my spring rates in the front and put a katana 600 rear shock in it. but it was still way cheaper, better looking, and faster
The 400 can almost keep up with the 650 so making a 500cc thats slower than the 650 but faster than the 400 would be absolutely pointless... its already too close that the bike wouldn’t have any purpose in any market tbh.
I have serious safety questions about 125cc bikes. In my real world riding experience, being unable to accelerate fast and hold a good top speed can be just as dangerous as having a bike with too much power.
I predict the Kawasaki Z400 to be bike beginner of the year (if it's priced as a naked bike should) I Am exited for the young riders though that now can start of with a Ninja from the very beginning of his/her riding career. They look like proper mini Ninjas and Zs
tha OG Z125 (yes...that weird small pit bike with 14" wheels) actually has been around for years... so, can't really say that "Kawasaki is now into the 125 game". don't ask me, I even wonder why Kawasaki bother to make those pit bike, they should just make these Ninja 125 and Z125 from the start.

Like the looks, agree with Adam, I prefer the looks of z125 over the Ninja. well done Kawasaki for standard ABS
I do love 125's. They are so darn fun to thrash.

In the UK we cant just step up to a 600 until we are 21 and we can have a 125 at 17 meaning it's kinda reasonable
