I think having crochet ideas for hobbies (like outdoorsey people, gamers, etc etc) could be super useful because then you can just find your gf/bfs hobby and we don’t have to rely on the gender stereotypes haha

But then people still comment like "ok but what about boyfriend gift ideas" 😭 i think that was also as she explained her main reason for SPECIFICALLY naming the categories boyfriend/girlfriend, cause if she doesn't...people don't get it
I made flowers for my daughter-in-law. I don’t remember what the occasion was, but I sprinkled it with essential oil so they smell good and I gave her the essential oil that I dropped a few drops on so she can refresh her flowers. Thought it was a good idea.😊
My nerdy 55 year old husband went bananas when I made a bunch of dice bags for his RPG dice and a custom pen holder for his favorite fountain pen. I also made a custom cozy for his favorite coffee carafe (although that was knitted, not crochet). Boys, no matter what their age, love custom stuff for their things. ❤
