The bacon is a nice touch, perhaps a bit more crispy? A little too much salt for my liking, but delicious all the same. For a slightly different flavour, add a good measure of chopped black olives. Yummy! Bravo!!

@@zontortonama hai visto la pasta rinsecchita lasciata nello scolapasta e diventato un blocco colloso forse a stracotto quella pasta 😅poi rigoroso un ottimo vino rosso per sfumare la carne e polpa più che passata pronta con aggiunta di 2 mestoli di brodo perché deve cuocere 2 ore minimo un buon ragù.. È lì il. Segreto oltre le materie prime di qualità un grana padano dop non si butterebbe dentro una pentola ma gratugguato fresco sopra la pasta e nemmeno tenere un po' di acqua di cottura.. ha messo pure le olive??

Gli italiani caro amico usano l'olio d'oliva per soffriggere non il burro o l'olio di semi. Ps l'aglio e cipolla vanno aggiunte al soffritto prima di mettere la carne e il formaggio non si butta nel sugo ma sulla pasta. Hai fatto un primo che qui in Italia non mangerebbe neanche un cane , ho detto tutto😅
Looks delicious! If you eat this three times a week though you really need to drain the ground/minced meat. Your cholesterol and low density lipoproteins will be high and you can develop coronary artery disease & arteriosclerosis, especially with the bacon too.
That is far from am itallian dish . For one how did you balance the acidity of the tomatoe sauce ? 2 why are you adding garlic ? If it is an authentic italian sauce it would not have garlic in it . Paprika ? Bacon ? Whatvare thise seeds ? Just no .. I almost threw up ..
One serving suggestion - is I would not mix the pasta in the sauce. Instead, I would add olive oil to the cooked pasta, add a little pesto and then pour the sauce over the pasta.
If you add olive oil to the pasta and then pour sauce over it, isn't the oil covering blocking the red sauce from penetrating the pasta ? I was taught never to do it that way, but if you like it that way, do it.......Just a suggestion.....

Carissimo difficilmente questa è una ricetta italiana soprattutto perché da noi il ragù, ciò che hai provato a fare , non si farebbe mai così e non con la paprika. Ci fai più bella figura onestamente se non lo dici. Per il resto potrei anche assaggiarlo ma come piatto tuo. Finally someone who knows how to use a grater correctly. You could have just left the cheese in the grater and transport to the sauce but I imagine you needed a good camera shot.
Ciao direi che gli ingredienti vanno bene ma il ragù deve essere fatto prima con il soffritto di aglio e cipolla poi aggiungere la carne mista maiale e manzo sfumare con vino rosso aggiungere passata di pomodoro peperoncino prezzemolo e basilico aggiungere un po' di brodo vegetale sale e pepe e terminare la cottura di almeno un'ora e mezza. Gli spaghetti una volta scolati caldi vanno conditi con il ragù aggiungere a pioggia il parmigiano. Buon appetito

To each its own, but...tomato paste and dry basil, can never replace fresh tomatoes and basil. Italians use celery, carrot and a dash of red wine, along with onion, garlic and minced meat and some meat stock. NEVER ever they mix the cheese with the sauce, in fact, some say no parmesan. Grandma used rosemary too....But, if your family likes it 3 x a week, good for you all!!

I would use about 1/2 cup of Crushed Tomatoes or Puree' tomatoes. 🙂
