    I witness your statements are true. I love biking so as much as possible I do my errands on a bike, I pedal to work, I go out pedalling with my family and I feel this is fun

    You don't necessarily need to run a marathon per day to burn off a "super-size" meal. That would only be the case if you ate exactly the number of calories you burn in a day in addition to the "super-size" meal.

    Yeah I was cycling, running, swimming on a daily basis ultra fit, till I got struck with a random illness 3months ago 30 years old with no explanation on what caused it, Now I cant walk to the mailbox without getting winded.

      Very sorry to hear practice YOGA and PRANAYAM, learn it from An INDIAN expert don't learn from Social media .
      You will get completely cured.
      And the book " THE BIOLOGY OF BELIEF " by Dr BRUCE LIPTON.
      this is a FANTASTIC BOOK ABOUT how we can even cure our incurable diseases.

    Does walking work for all that or do you have to run

      Brisk walks are good. Running can damage your knees with the impact hitting hard surfaces which we as humans were not designed to do. So says my orthopedic surgeon who is the ortho guy for the Tampa Bay Bucs.

    Liked the start and end of your video however was not keen on the seven minute exercise especially after Andrew Mar had a stroke.
    THIS EXERCISE IS NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED..

    buy a bike and adopt a dog, take both of them out everyday for 15 min !!!
