jerome's dedi server makes it nigh impossible for him to lose. he might not get that, but that's why he wins so many fist fights. he's recognized that he only wins in fistfights or during times where he has a great advantage, so he makes the "honorable duel" comment to get people to go and fist fight him where he's more likely to win full stop. like so that Jerome stops mistaking his incredibly low ping for others being bad.
