Love this new video. I’ve been using your old alternate nostril breathing water category video for about three months every single morning for 10 minutes. It’s an amazing way to start the day as I’m tend to be very very sluggish in the morning. It helps me get ready for the day. Thank you for everything.❤
I just found your chanel and has been so helpful, I have heard about this yoga technique but I didn't know the detail about the ocean breath, made all the diference, thank you
Thanks so much for this! I will definitely implement this exercise into my daily routine. How would you coach someone to breathe while eating to enhance digestion? I’ve tried to breathe into my diaphragm with longer exhalation but it’s tricky between chewing and conversing 🙃
You're welcome! Incorporating diaphragmatic breathing while eating can be tricky, but try taking a few deep breaths before your meal, and focus on mindful chewing between bites. It might take some practice, but it can enhance digestion. Enjoy your meals!
Hi Lucas, first of all thank you for your always very well made videos, I wanted to ask you why or rather what is the difference between inhaling and exhaling from the nose, or inhaling from the nose and exhaling from the mouth. Lastly, being a singer, I breathe and exhale from my mouth when I sing. Thanks.
Thanks for reply, exactly for singing it's all clear, my question was what the difference is between one way of breathing and another and when it is better to use one or the other. Thank you@@YOGABODY.Official
Breathing techniques can vary based on different practices and needs. Generally, nasal breathing can help calm the nervous system, while mouth breathing may be more suitable for exertion. It's best to find what works best for you in different situations. - YOGABODY Team
Is it important to have the fingers bent as you have shown? It is very difficult to have my fingers bent like you hv shown and kind of a distraction to get the breathing right.
It can be tricky at first. Focus on inhaling and exhaling through your nose while gently constricting the throat to create that ocean sound. With practice, it'll become more natural. -YOGABODY Team

Breathing through different methods can affect your body and mind differently. For singing, mouth breathing is common.

So if I inhale and exhale with my nostril, how do i make those breathing techniques with my mouth? Am I supposed to just use my nose only?
You dont need to actually use your mouth, mouth breahing just inhales more oxygen which is bad at some cases
Is it important to have the fingers bent as you have shown? It is very difficult to have my fingers bent like you hv shown and kind of a distraction to get the breathing right.
The finger position can vary, find what's comfortable for you.

@@YOGABODY.Official Thank you for introducing me to this great breathing technique. 🙏🏼
I thought inhalation 4 and exhale 6 or 8.
😮
Glad you liked the video!

I'm not sure I've got the right idea of how to do it: to inhale and exhale with nostril and to do ocean breathing sound at the same time.
It can be tricky at first. Focus on inhaling and exhaling through your nose while gently constricting the throat to create that ocean sound. With practice, it'll become more natural.
