I count fast. I count a lot (for so many records!). I also only catch every other count and start over every time I get to 50. I'm usually within 5 throws of the actual.

I"m trying to imagine how hard it would be to do the apple bite juggling... How do you even push the bites out of your mouth that fast? I would choke.
This record is a lot more painful than most might assume... :). Also, juggling is the easy part of this one.
