exactly! i’m 20 and tried a couple careers and most lead me to a dead end. i joined pepsi (pepsico north america) and instantly got game from not only my employer but the people i work with. it’s job that’s paying people 28+ just for their Dlt’s don’t even need the cdl. I just wish my black community brothers would wake up and realize it’s more to life than risking it for a quick buck when you can get real good paying jobs with little to no education needed only hard work! if this channels doesn’t spread the message fast enough that’s definitely something i’ll like to do for my community.

Drivers talk to each other a lot while loading and wore travels fast when companies are giving raises. People hop a bit and it forces companies to keep raising rates.

The best money I know of to be made right out of high school is through your local electric company. You'll start around $20 an hour but if you go for journeymen lineman, in a few years you'll be making $55 an hour, plus tons of over time. Hard work and long hours at times but you'll be making the equivalent of a dentist's salary with just a high school diploma or GED. If you dont get in with the big company the smaller companies the big guys sub contract jobs to pay their guys $35 hour, not exactly a dentist's salary, but good enough to keep a roof over your head and not live paycheck to paycheck as long as you live within your means. Hope this helps.

@Michael T Check Supervalu Grocery distribution Hopkins MN otherwise known as UNFI. They were starting at $30 per hour like 2 years ago now they are up over $ 33 at least. Plus full medical benefits. I know because I haul from this warehouse everyday.

I mean your not wrong MN is pretty blue especially after voting Walz and the radical Muslim duo in again. My point is that it ain't worth driving tanker for less than 30 when there a better not to mention easier trucking spots out there. I'm not saying I wouldn't haul a mobile bomb around but jeez you'd think they would value your life a little bit more then a measly 30
