  • Meet our esteemed guest Mr. Thomas Tuchel who visited our Sitaram Beach Retreat for Panchakarma treatment recently. He has been a celebrated coach of successful football teams like Chelsea, Paris St. Germain, Borrusia Dortmund amongst many others. He holds the award for FIFA’s Best Men’s Coach of the year 2021. His incredible passion to stay healthy and to learn new methods to improve human vitality and performance is highly inspiring.
Mr. Tuchel got his Panchakarma treatment done at the retreat after consultation with our experienced Ayurvedic doctors. He had a remarkable experience here and greatly cherished the healing ambience of the retreat. He absolutely loved the butterflies fluttering around our lush green campus and calming view of the sea serenading the shores. He shared that it is the right place that offers the luxury to spend quality time with oneself and the environment to rejuvenate one’s mind, body and spirit.
After his treatment, he felt more confident, joyful and healthy, experienced greater self awareness and acceptance levels. He highly appreciated the staff and doctors at the Sitaram Beach Retreat as being extremely helpful, open and friendly. He further shared that with his visit at the retreat, he found new vigour and immense confidence to make fresh beginnings in life. He aptly calls Sitaram Beach Retreat the perfect platform to grow in health and wellness.

What people didn’t realise during his last few months at Chelsea was his divorce from his wife. That and all the pressure from a hugely demanding club must of made life hell. So glad he’s showing this side of him, it’s clear that he needed this and I hope he does fantastic wherever he goes! ❤

You know what, the moment he's being sacked is the moment I become a fan of his football management in 2021-2022.
While at that time I support Arteta Arsenal because of Mesut, while now because of Wenger.

All sports interviews should be conducted this way. Disarming, no-threatening, agenda free with a genuine desire to understand the person instead of trying to catch them out on something and creating a negative energy.

My heart is still sore that this man was let go from Chelsea in such a callous manner after all he did. I hope he will come back one day
