I empathize with you. Seeing father going through illness ,selling own house & moving into rent , financial struggle in childhood & then loosing mother in your prime is quiet traumatizing. Kudos to you that you have braved it all. I'll pray to god ,that you find your own nest soon & your dad enjoys the view , standing in the balcony in his own house. The stress & trauma that he has experienced is beyond words. More power you & your family:)
Nice ❤ Be positive.... You will get soon what you deserve after such hardship years... Absolutely right... Thakur Village has everything except good medical facility...
Excellent choice of tenant. I think the purpose of tenant is fulfilled here. The episode should ideally revolve around the day to day lives of tenant. How they manage these tough situations like renting a house in an expensive city like mumbai. Rather than choosing the tenants who show their fantasies here. Kudos Vishal. Loved that guy. Realistic, down to earth. Knows what life is here mumbai.
Nice episode Vishal!!Very relevant questions. Could relate to every bit of it. The tenant has gone through a lot and looks resilient. This is what real life is all about.Best wishes to him and his family.
In the previous episode because of Heavy music there was a difficulty in understanding. What I think is music should be there which should be nice to listen and it must not create problems to viewers will watching. The communication with the music should be understandable.
Cross the highway go to Thakur complex ( less than 1km) you will get many hospitals. Both places are mini cities in Mumbai.Once you are here need not go much distance for any needs.
the best point he mentioned about thakur village is actually choking the town, absolute chaos in the evening due to crowd at those stalls. Slow traffic movement too
The higher the premium the more things Heath Insurance covers .Not everybody can afford it. Besides, health insurance has conditions that not everybody understands & reality strikes when you put in a claim . A person can just abt get 1/3rd of the claim amount
You're a great tenant. The situation has made you so mature, I wish you the best. But, Thakur Village reminds me of the Epic Neha Vaibhav Call recording from ages ago. "Big dude no of Thakur Village, Panga, that 2 by 2 (2x2) ki table, chutiyagiri and all that, biggest chutiyas of the complex sit there". Do you know Vaibhav or Neha by any chance? And what are they doing now in their life?
@@booksquotes948 for metro also there are protests. Eg. Array Car Shed. Despite that work is ongoing for metro infrastructure. Usage is low, but saying no one uses it is bit extreme . Lol there are so many beautiful buildings in Thakur Village and u chose do a show on this shabby building? This isn't even proper thakur village which has good tree lined streets, planned township and open gardens. Also, I can't believe u guys are praising the illegal hawkers that have cropped up here in the name of street food. That's the single most nuisance here which was once a peaceful and posh location.

Such maturity from a young man was a welcome change. I guess his situation grew him beyond his age
He will be great son and husband... Kudos to his maturity 🎉
i am proud of this tenant. He is a great son.
One of the best and modest episodes till now ❤
He looked very matured and clear what he wants to do in the coming years. Brilliant.
What a brilliant young chap! Maturity well beyond his age. Goes to show that maturity comes with circumstances, not just age. I hope he goes places.

'Main Zindagi ka sath nibhata chala gaya' quote applies aptly on this family..
Love these Tenants episode. I can guarantee Vishal is a foodie. He should start his own food review channel.
You’re right. I am a foodie 😊
Best wishes, Parth! You will do Great in life. Take care of your family. ❤
Very articulated guy. Also brought in an emotional arc to the usual tenant episode.
Life is tough. I thank God for my home and pray i never have to sell it.

Nice fellow, I stay in thakur Village, it is good but not as good as he says, and no way near hiranandanis.
The GOAT episode!
In the previous episode because of Heavy music there was a difficulty in understanding. What I think is music should be there which should be nice to listen and it must not create problems to viewers will watching. The communication with the music should be understandable.
Exactly. Very low volume music. Not silent. Not loud.

Good episode! Seedhi baat no bakwaas
Sharp mind, brilliance thought 👍🏻
More power to you brother!
Great guy 🫡
Hats off to the siblings
The sad part of this video is.. when he said he mother passed away..🙏🙏
This episode highlights the need of a health insurance of a big amount for anyone
Buying a health insurance could have saved his house.
The higher the premium the more things Heath Insurance covers .Not everybody can afford it. Besides, health insurance has conditions that not everybody understands & reality strikes when you put in a claim . A person can just abt get 1/3rd of the claim amount
this was back in 2009, not much awareness regarding health insurance back then.
Where is Thakur Village
respect

Bhai can eat one variety for a month and same time he eats lot of varieties from the street side eateries 😂
Slum within a slum within a slum . Expensive cars but unhygienic street food.
Modi should build hospitals not useless mthl bridge (18000cr ) which no one uses 😡😡😡😡😡😡
Why not both ?
@@prasaddd bcoz no one uses it. Toll is very costly. Public metro was needed not a bridge which helps u save 15 minutes.

Please take a vastushastra seriously
It’s all veg and Gujju location
I don't pity him or sympathise because life is unfair,, every body watching stop wasting money.. tomorrow is mystery.
God bless you Parth & may you do well.
