The mario maker devs need to check if the map is beatable before deciding whether it is 100 lives mode worthy or not
The creator has to beat the level for it to be published. He most likely added a secret though. Like a door to the end.
That isn't the worst I've seen, I found a level that had the flagpole right in front of you at the start. And all they put was a goomba.
You do realise that you can use the coopa shell to knock out all of the enemies on the levels that you skipped.
