I just watched the GOP have a presser. And "some" have said you have a Constitutional Right to Protest. No where in the Constitution does it say you have that right. The exact words are....Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. The key words are do it "peaceably to assemble" folks. Just the facts. Peaceably is up to Law Enforcement and those rights can be limited as they so desire. Permits etc. When they say move on, it means move on or face the consequences. Gripe elsewhere.
Your correct but that right is in the Constitution and applies to US Citizens only. If you're not going legal Citizen then that right isn't yours.

I'm a great supporter of Sen Kennedy. You can guarantee a balanced, truthful, open-minded analysis & remedy on any topic he turns his mind to.
