A president is the only person who can declassify whatever they want so by nature of his position he cannot “mishandle” classified material. A senator and vice president have to follow the same rules as every other public official when it comes to classified docs.
Biden violated those rules FOR DECADES but was recently found to be too old and senile to stand trial.
Thousands of BLM and Pro Palestine protesters destroyed billions of dollars of property during the 2020 and 2024 riots (not to mention the hundreds of police officers hurt, the rapes, and murders) but will face ZERO jail time, while protesters that were just on the grounds outside the capitol on Jan 6th are facing years in prison for “sedition”.

There were 3 presidential debates scheduled in 2020. 1 was postponed because trump had Covid-19. The other 2 Biden won according to polls. Biden became President. @@TruthrConsequences I think you miss understood my comment. I wasn't discussing 3rd party candidates, which historically has hurt the Republican candidate. I said the DNC REFUSED to let Fox host a democratic debate. That, at least to me sounds like they are afraid to let a right leaning moderator ask their left leaning candidates questions.
The RNC has refused to let ABC, NBC, CNN ect, host any Republicans debates. Which is why CNN and ABC is hosting the Prez debates
@@robertfox798 I think you "misunderstand" that the RNC and DNC have BOTH been actively conspiring to prevent ANY third party candidate from being hosted in a presidential debate since the 1990s. So.... BOTH major parties agree that nobody outside their control deserves a chance to convince the American people to vote for them. WAKE UP!
