- Paul Spurgeon, longtime best friend of Samantha Woll's, takes the stand Monday at the trial of her alleged killer. Michael Jackson-Bolanos is standing trial for murder and other charges in June in connection with the Oct. 21, 2023, stabbing of Woll at her home.
The fact that we are talking about every guy she dated is not helpful for the prosecutor

@@brucesmith1544He wasn’t wearing a mask and he wasn’t breaking into homes. Stealing cars doesn’t make you a murderer. Her ex confessed and anyone with an IQ above 1 can see this is a cover-up.

What is the defense tactic in asking for a dating history. Defense attorney is practically testifying about dating history and bringing in info that the witness never testified. Def atty is also bringing in hearsay info for the witness. Terrible!
The prosecutor raised all those names. Defense is clarifying the relationships of those named.
