@@bonnenaturel6688 no not at all. It doesn’t make sense at all. An I have hood smarts an no way is someone breaking in cars gonna go off someone for no reason andddd not take anything of value
There’s a very good chance that the defendant is acquitted. All evidence is circumstantial and hard to come to the conclusion that the case in chief proved beyond reasonable doubt.
I get it, but the defense attorney did a good job in that case: he's just got some ridiculously guilty clients. Imo, he was impressive not using a single note in closing arguments with complex points to be made.
Why no one is mentioning the fact that she came home from a wedding and they said that she was laying on the couch she had on a hoodie and some jogging pants did she come home with someone? attorney Brown grazed over this situation but it should have been heavily talked about this. Was she expecting someone? This was clearly a setup the prosecutor says this is a case of common Sense the only one that had common sense was attorney Brown and he was literally getting frustrated because the witnesses did not have common sense and he was literally asking questions that made sense and they wanted to put the dumb role on. These police officers and people were lying on the stand clearly. They use cutting edge investigative techniques but did not use them properly or to investigate the right evidence
This opening statement is trash - taking too much about details that the jury doesn't care about yet. Should have just focused on Michael's theft to paint him out to be a bad guy first, then attack the other details later.
I'm just starting but the prosecutor mentioned the ex-boyfriend cooperated with police and hadn't seen her after October 7th (they broke up in July) which is 14 days before her death. He most definitely would have been a suspect at the start, as is typical due to statistical likelihood. Even later when he had a mental breakdown, they looked into him again. He must have been ruled out, I'm sure you can answer that question when he testifies. But whatever you do, be smart and listen to facts instead of these people running around posting 5 word sentences about whether someone is or isn't black.
Please ignore the ex-boyfriend confession, he's just a poor weed smoking jew. And please donate your money to that poor Ukrainian jew grandma that's been in those charity commercials for a decade or more.
How come there’s never cameras where they NEED to be?! We need footage of Michael going in or coming out of her apartment..
Why would someone breaking into cars, go off the lady in her house?? Where is the video of him at her house if the school across the street?
I agree but her door was unlocked and he was looking for unlocked doors, he just switched from cars to apartments maybe.

Hey camera guy! Why can’t we see images!!!!
Did he say "our community " does he mean a yt community or a community he lives in?

He uses cell phone data masterfully
Oh! no Not the defence lawyer with the dreadlocks, who was not very impressive at his last trial. Is he private or public defender?

I thought he was terrible and unnecessarily combative 😬
Disagree, he should be a cop, too aggressive to be a lawyer.
Uh oh, same prosecutor and defense attorney is at it again….Prosecutor wins again, great opening.
What was his other case?
Nahh buddy got somebody on the inside who know the judge anybody in they right mind know the husband did it

This is racially motivated and this guy is not getting a fair trial. Shame on these prosecutors.
Well of course it is BooHoo!

I dontthink hes guilty
Why wasn’t the ex boyfriend not a suspect?????
Exactly
Exactly because who calls the police saying they offed someone. He left his phone at home so it didn’t track him. Idk but this is absurd
Because he’s not black maybe.
