TLDR: Yes, BUT you should also no longer spec wisdom at this point in the game like I said in older videos. Also you can still use lightning arrow in pve for single target, I only say gale arrow for AOE bombing which this build lacks. The gear video is separate BUT ALOT of gear has changed

@@maximumcarnage2077 one skill tree is for crossbow and other is for dagger, just look when he’s showing the specialization tree of both the skill trees
I cycle it on and off and at least at my gear level I don't notice much difference. If anything I would the say crit damage is the key factor. I can do more testing once I get a better crossbow and it would be more obvious I imagine

Correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure server selection has nothing to do with your damage. You’re probably just doing something wrong
