How is the sound insulation and thickness of walls, floors and ceilings in these high-end apartments? Can you hear those living above/next to you slamming doors, running, jumping or dragging chairs and tables? What if you have a neighbour that loves to blast bass-heavy thumping music or turn up the volume of their mini-theatre system to the max - can you hear all this? What about traffic and other noise from outside.

Can you tell me on a place like that what the maintenance fees would be in Malaysia?
Hi Scott, in KLCC area the standard building maintenance fee we are expecting from Rm0.55 per sq ft up to Rm1.20 per sq ft.
So if is 3,000 sq ft then it would be 3,000 x Rm0.55 = Rm1,650 monthly basis
I'm glad with my family's rm100k double storey house, no need to take lift and pass by security, and can easily walk to my favourite restaurant in no time. Money can't buy everything.
but im sure if u able to own this unit, u can have ur own butler and chef, and confirm they have lot of other houses too
